Designing, Supply, erection. Commissioning and testing of IP68 Protecetd underwater lighting system Manufactured by ISO Certified firm premier/Famous fountains with dynamic color changing capability continually red , green, blue shall consist of 9 X 3W, 12/24 V DC, 27W Led lamps Mounted on MCPCB comprising high quality water proof luminaries. The Luminaries shall have die cast aluminum alloy helices for strength and totally protected by fused epoxy polyester coating on all surfaces. The wall thickness of Luminaries not less than 5 mm. The wiring shall be reputed make double insulated PVC within copper conductor. The Connection shall be fully water proof. All external nuts, bolts are of stainless steel.

Providing and fixing of Microcontroller Based 7-station Led Light Controller with Power Supply suitable for led lighting system with 12 V DC/16.5A Power output.All unit shall be assembled in powder coated Box with Mcb and indication Lamp.

Supply and fixing of 1 sq.mm. 4 core submersible cable

Designing, supply, erection, commissioning and testing of Peacock Tail Fountain which should contain the following specification:- 1. Providing of Peacock Tail Fountains. The Fountain should contain the Ball joint brass nozzles, ISI marked control valves with Peacock tail frame(Hub). THe Hub for fountain shall be made of G.I. powder coated pipe and sockets including welding and fiishingwork. It includes the Manifold, Lights Stands, Clamps complete set.

Providing & Fixing of Aerating Jet Nozzle. The nozzle should be made of Brass with Chrome finished or Casted Aluminium in size 1” BSP threaded With swing joint.

Designing, supply, erection, commissioning and testing of 24ft dia. ring dome fountain with 160 nos. brass nozzles. The nozzles are should be adjustable with ball joint made of brass fitted on the pipe. The pipe should be made of Gi “B” class with flanges. Nut bolts, gasket, Pipe work, manifold, nozzle made of precision machined brass including all final epoxy coated finishing work on pipe surface etc.

Supply and fixing of 1" Control valves of ISI marked. Valves shall be Brass made.

Supply and fixing of G.I./Upvc Fitting, Pipes for saperately sets aeratring jets, Peacock tail and ring dome fountain with required fitting as Mta, Fta, Sockets, elbows, T-joints, Unions, Clampls., Waterproofing of joints, Connection Hose Pipe one time cleaning of pond and parts etc.

Supply and fixing of 3 HP openwell submersible pump of kirlosker/aquatex/pluga or equivalent make AC three phase 380/440 Volts, 50 cycle with foundation bolts, suction bend and 10 mtr. Of submersible cable duly insulated.

Supply and fixing of 7.5 HP openwell submersible pump of kirlosker/aquatex/pluga or equivalent make AC three phase 380/440 Volts, 50 cycle with foundation bolts, suction bend and 10 mtr. Of submersible cable duly insulated.

Providing & Fixing of 3'' S.S. 304 grade wire mesh Mesh Filter for Pump filtration of water at inlet of mono submersible pump. Filter made out of M.S.Sheet & Flats with inlet threaded nipple as per pump inlet. The S.S.mesh fitted on filter body aluminium but type rivet for proper strength.

Designing, Supply and fixing of (3 HP X2+ 7.5HP X 1) 1no. electric control panel box for above pump of steel sheet enclosure with front door, back wall mounting type with detachable bottom plate with provision for incoming & outgoing cable.Box shall be powder coated with main incoming four pole MCB, three nos. back up HRC fuse, contractor, relay, Push Button, strips etc in complete all respect.
