Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in concrete, including taking out embedded portion

S & F for mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) embedding in concrete etc including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to .

Fixing only mild steel posts and struts in fencing

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type incl removing all scrubs, vegetation trees etc around the working site complete all as spd and directed.

S & F for galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured.)

Fixing only galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Restraining resecuring including making good staples etc. galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings.

S&F for chain link MS galvanisd fencing, of mess size 3" X 3" and wire size 3.15mm including line wires, any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (with using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specfied and directed.

M& L preparation of old steel surfaces of any description and any position and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint in any tint and pattern complete all as specified and directed at any height as in fencing post, gates,grills etc.

M & L for Machine pressed precast interlocking coloured paver block made with white cement and pigment rubber moulding any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thick,M-40 grade over and including 40 mm thick sand cushion jointed and fixed complete all as spd and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stonework built in cement mortar including all quoins,arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings ,dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and stacking the serviceable materials within 100m and disposal of unserviceable material,debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4.

All as per item No 13 above but except bricks

M&L for brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cm 1:4 as in half bricks.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall etc incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as spd & directed from walls fins facia etc up to 7.00 m ht incl removing all shurbs,vegetation,trees around the area for working space etc.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cm 1:4 rendering to be finished even smooth without using extra cement as on walls/fins facia /chajjas etc any height complete all as specified & directed .

M&L for preparation of surfaces of wall and applyng two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed including curing.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cm 1:6 rendering to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed etc any height.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coat of white wash on walls complete all as spd & directed .

M & L for preparation of old surfaces of wall incl washing rubbing down and stopping of distemperd and painted surfaces and applying one coats of cement base paint of any tint complete all as spd & directed incl curing.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings incl tiles any type n. exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level)

M&L for preparation of surfaces of any description and applying cement based wall putty ( JK/Birla ) for smoothness of surfaces incl rubbing and sanding complte and applying one coat of primer all as sped and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 ( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in copings, ,bed plates , kerbs stone and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed incl necessary formwork complete.

Complete removal of existing treatment of walls/ceiling fins facias etc up to 7.00 Mtr ht incl brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke,moulds,moss and efforescent salt and taading oil and grease spots etc complete all as spd an directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of any description of walls / ceiling and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint ( wheather shield paint ) all as specified and as directed.Make & sheds as approved by GE.

M & L for mild steel bars 10 mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required including, crancking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips, quality confirming to TMT bars.

M&L for Precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slab and similar work includind necessary formwork set in cm 1:4 complete.

M & L for preparation of old surfaces of any description and applying one coat of white wash on walls complete all as spd & directed incl rubbing and filling dippresion etc.

S & F for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

M& L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer as in fencing post and the like.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm.

M & L for Cement Concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
