Earth work in excavation by manual/mechanical means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5M in width as well as 10Sqm on plan/over areas (exceeding 30 cm and upto 1.5 m in depth,1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan ) including dressing of sides ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5M including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil within a lead of 5km from site /edge cutting or as directed by EIC. disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil including pumping out water caused by springs,tidal or river seepage,broken water means or drains and the like complete during execution of work.

Providing and laying of stone soling hand packed dry including all carriage and cost of material involved complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1Cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) (crushed) including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding C/o centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level in 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone agg. using 20mm nominal size) including curing complete including all carriages and cost of materials involved.

Providing and fixing ceramic glazed tiles 300*300 mm (thickmness to be specified by the manufacturers) of 1st quality in all colours,such as White,Ivory,Grey,Fume red,Brown sizelaid on 20 mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) and jointed with white cement and matching pigment etc complete including all carriages.

Providind and fixing 35 mm thick panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked M.S prepared butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws excluding panelling/glazing which will be paid separetely ,all complete including carriages as per direction of engineer-in-charge imported kail wood

Providing and fixing 35 m thick wire guaze shutters using galavanised M.S wire guaze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both direction with wire of dia 0.63 mm for doors,windows and clerestory windows with ISI marked M.S pressed bright finished butt hinges with b necessary screws of required size including carriages complete imported kail wood

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to repare the surface even and smooth complete including all carriages

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work ) including all carriages.

Finishing walls with Apex/Excel paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint including all carriages
