Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as directed.

Material and Labour for Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks 1:3:6 type C-2, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) cast in situ in copings, bed plates and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throatings etc all as directed including use and waste of form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

Supply and Fixing of MS Work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Painting to steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing of Razor concertina coil, 610mm dia consisting of spiral with sharp edged tape crimped to a steel wire duly galvanized with scrapper barb having 51 spirals with 125 clips ( when stretched to a length of 6m) including fixing to MS work, provision of one coat of marine paint over a coat of primer provided by the manufacturer etc all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces concrete surfaces in CM1:4 with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, column and stanchions for rough finished surfaces of concrete square, Circular rectangular on plan or polygonal all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for TMT reinforcement Bars of 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, binding spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for TMT reinforcement bars of 5 mm dia and over up to 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, binding spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Reinforced cement concrete Type B1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound of approved make all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of new wall surfaces (i.e. plastered / unplastered surfaces complete) including and applying two coats of Acrylic weather proof exterior paint (Make: APPEX of Asian Paint or equivalent) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : The rate inclusive of charges for necessary scaffolding, ladders or hiring of T&P )

Material and Labour for Two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white wash as primer on new wall surfaces all as specified and as directed.

NOTE : An Amount of Rs 13,500.00/- towards Schedule of Credit shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum
