Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking at departmental stores: Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary (MS altrop, hinges etc,.) fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using M.S. angles 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. On steel work

Providing of Cutomized Pad Lock with 7 levers of approved quality with necessary fiitings,etc. complete. (Note: All locks must be open with a single key. Three pair of key to be submitted to Engineer in charge.) (Make: Godrej Pad lock Brass Navtal Hardened Polished Lock or equivalent.)
