Excavation in trenches in soft & loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes etc. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including removing cable protection PCC covers/ bricks & stacking serviceable covers / bricks for reuse and disposal of unserviceable covers within 50 m all as directed. Note:- Excavation shall be made carefully in order to avoid damage of existing cables and protection covers.

M&L for sand filling with clean dry find sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & Laying un-reinforced pre cast flat concrete cable protection cover of class HV, type I, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, factory made complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & Laying Sub Class `B’ bricks old size with axis of the bricks perpendicular to the axis of the cable as in cable protection all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying , jointing & testing 11 KV (Earthed), aluminium conductor, screened, XLPE insulated, armoured shielded and PVC sheathed cables conforming to IS 7098 (Part-II) amended upto date having 95 sqmm 3 core cross sectional area complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE/PVC 185 Sqmm 3.5 core insulated, armoured, heavy duty, aluminium conductor cable 1100 volts grade of any description and any make laid in trenches/ducts, floors, fixed to walls etc. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No. 118.00 above 95 Sqmm 3.5 core.

M&L jointing and testing for indoor type heat shrinkable end termination joint suitable 95 sqmm 3 core for 11 KV, XLPE/PVC insulated cable complete M&L including cutting the faulty indoor end termination joint of any description and in any position. Note:- (i) All Necessary T&P Blow lamp, HT Megger shall be arrange by the Contractor. (ii) The contractor has Rectified the joints with in 4 Hrs after detecting of the faults in case of failure the penalty of Rs.1000/hours shall be recover from contractor dues.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finishing even and smooth with using extra cement and making impression of expanded metal, whilst concrete is green over and including 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2(using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) with and including to make good the road surface as per existing surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, Commissioning and testing Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) panel of capacity 120 KVAR and panel shape /size of suitable as approved by GE for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 Volts, AC, 50 Hz supply, Outdoor cubical type, dust and vermin proof, pedestal mounting type suitable for Outdoor applications having suitable shape/ size canopy on top, made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet with using 40mm x 40mm x 5mm angle iron frame and supports, duly finished with powder coated using two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer all over steel surfaces complete with separate compartment of suitable shape and size with shutter and locking arrangement for each switchgear and including PCC work for fixing panel legs and bus bar of aluminium conductor suitable shape and size for 3 phase rating of 400 amps and for neutral 400 Amps rating including taking out end connections of the existing cables and fixing the cable with the panel using new lugs and glands of suitable size including following switchgear & controls :-

Removal of surplus excavated spoil not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition for cement concrete/road in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness below or above ground level including removal of rubbish to a distance exceeding 1.50 Km and not exceeding 5.00 Km etc complete all as specified and directed.
