1) Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.
a) Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)
2) Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead:
a) Of area 3 sq. metres and below
3) Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.
4) Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

13) Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with M.S hold fast/ lugs/ SS dash
fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge.
(M.S hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/ window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimensions i.e depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variationin profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.
a) Frame size 50 x 100 mm
14) Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge.
(Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately)

19) Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :

20) Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :
a) New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).
21) Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :
a) Two or more coats on new work.
22) Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.
23) Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :
a) One or more coats on old work.
24) Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :
a) Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).
25) Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.
a) With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).
26) Cleaning and de-silting of gully trap chamber, including removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc. and disposal of same, all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
27) Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require:

34) Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement :4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc.,., complete.
35) Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kgper sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.
36) Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.
a) 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate
37) Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter.
The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.
Note :- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.
(2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.
38) Providing and fixing ISI marked aluminium butt hinges anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete:
a) 100x63x3.2 mm
b) 75x63x3.2 mm
39) Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete :
a) 25 to 40 mm nominal bore
40) Removal of vegetation at walls/ roofs and floors/ drainage systems/ water supplying stream of the building/ over head tanks or at any location and applying any special chemical to defective area to prevent vegetation growth and finishing the same with cement concrete/ mortar to match the surface of walls/ floors/ roofs., etc complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (cement concrete/mortar to be paid in separate item.) (Uprooting of vegetation in each location will be measured as one job)
41) Cutting /Pruning branches of trees for avoiding entering houses and obstructing colony lighting and electrical wire free passing and disposing the cutting pieces away from the compound to the dumping ground as directed by the engineer-incharge. (Pruning/cutting of each branches for each tree will be measured as one job)
42) Rebate for taking away the unserviceable sanitary / water supply fittings including removing from the existing position . etc., complete.
a) GI pipes 15mm/20mm/ 25mm/ 32mm /40mm
43) Cleaning of Under ground water storage tank or sump or over head tank of any capacity by following method: (1) Empty the tank/sump and make it to near dry, (2) Apply bleaching powder uniformly ( tank capacity @ 0.50gms/liter) surface of inside the tank/ sump perfectly by removing scales on walls and wait for one hour (3) after one hour clean/ rinse at the tank/ sump with fresh water ,repeat the above process , (2) and (3) for two to three times , (4) remove the mud/ silt/ sludge and garbage from the tank with specified sludge pump, (5) spraying anti bacterial agents on walls to kill harmfull bacteria. Rate includes for all above operations including the equipment and material required for cleaning all complete as directed by the Engineer- in- charge.
Liquid capacity of water tanks of any capacity in litres is measured for payment
44) Cleaning of exisitng sewer lines, manholes etc. Cost includes all labour for removing the silt, slush, waste etc. and rodding the sewer lines and manholes by mobile sewer rodding equipment/manually from manhole to manhole to clear the blockage, chokages etc for proper functioning of sewer lines( The payment shall be made for removal of blockages in between manhole to manhole as one job with all above operations.)
45) Providing and fixing Pre-cast gully trap cover of INDO/KITTO make or equivalent of 25mm thickness of size 300 x 300 mm or of required size as per requirement for existing gully trap with necessary repairs etc all complete as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge
46) Supplying and fixing in position precast RCC Man hole frame with cover, frame square of size 650 x 650 x 75 mm of approved make. The cover should be 40mm thick and provided with required quantity of reinforcement. The frame shall be fixed in cement mortar over the manhole opening and rounding of edges etc., shall be made complete all as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
47) Cleaning of nahni traps/floor traps including removing the silt outside the compound all complete as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge.
48) Providing and fixing CPVC ball valve in CPVC pipe line including cutting and jointing with CPVC solvent cement etc complete.

51) Replacing existing on wall face damaged unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories with new fittings/accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC SWR pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including cutting,replacing,jointing with seal ring conforming to IS :5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion.

53) Providing and fixing C.P Brass waste with all accessories etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

54) Cleaning, washing mopping of floors of including cleaning of Dado, washroom and flooring in Toilets by scrubbing with wire brush, cleaning with detergent, liquids and water etc., including its disposal of rubbish, garbage outside the compound complete etc as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
55) Charges for demolising the existing WC pan with trap from position including surrounding lime concrete comple to minium required size to fix new WC pan with trap including jointing with the existing waste, refilling the surroundings with lime concrete and finishining the floor with cement concrete flooring using required quantity of Fosroc or equivalant liqued all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.(The rate includes the disposal of all the debries to the dumpimg ground)
56) Removing glass panes from windows and replacing them with new glass panes with putty and nails wherever necessary : float glass panes of thickness 4mm :
a) For windows in ground floor and /or for windows which can be accessed from inside of the room / bolcony with a ladder.
b) For windows in upper floors (other than ground floor) up to 8 floors, fixing of glass panes with Jhoola arrangement.
57) Charges for making the steel window shutters freely moving by oiling the hinges , cleaning of rust on all sides etc at all levels ., complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
58) Cleaning of canopy/ chajjas by removing leaves grass dust, rubbish and other deposited / accumulated materials etc including removal of blockages/chockages of khurras/spouts of terrace/chajjas etc by disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground out side periphery of the building. (plan area of thechajja/canopy will be measured for payment)

59) Providing clog cleaning of entair drainage system in the compound consisting of manholes, sewer lines, gully traps etc., including removing the sludge, silt, slash, waste etc., from the manholes and disposing the waste out side the compound etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (rate for cleaning of entair drainage system will be measured as one job)
60) Removing the damaged sanitary and water supply fittings and replacing them with new fittings including necessary white lead/ lead wool etc complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

m) PTMT Bib cock 15 mm nominal bore, 86 mm long. Weighing not less than 88 gms. of approved quality and colour.
61) mFixing anodized aluminum partitions and doors with available materials after making required sections as per the drawing for powder coated aluminum sections , particle board, glass panels, neoprene gasket and snap on beading) including fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/Neoprene felt etc, aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight , mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required all complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.
62) Dismantling anodized aluminium partitons, doors and other frames including proper numbering, laoding and unloading and placing at the required place in the building as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .( The rate includes the rectifying the damages made in the floors/masonry and concrete surfaces as directed by the Engineer-in-charge)
63) Providing and fixing 100 mm vertical venetian blinds of approved shade, colour, dust guard treated fabric along with all hardware etc., as per manufacturer's specifications etc., of VISTA LEVELOR make or equivalent all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in -charge (outer to outer area will be measured for payment. Deduction will be made for opeinings of area exceeding 0.20Sqm)
64) Providing and fixing 12 mm thick fine fissured square edged mineral fibre board false ceiling tiles of size 600x600mm of approved texture, design and patterns in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal powder coated T-Grid sleek frame work, connected to ceiling with GI wire and anchor fastener at every junction and also including cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers,cut outs made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
65) Providing and laying gang saw cut 30 mm thick, mirror polished pre moulded and pre polished machine cut granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in footpath, flooring in road side plazas and similar locations, laid over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
With granite stone of colour black, cherry/ruby red of area less than 0.50 sqm
66) Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:
Two or more coats on new work.
67) Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately).

68) Providing and fixing Brass 100mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers without pair of handles (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete.
69)Removal of corroded MS Ventilators with frame of size 3.25x0.60m from Conference Hall by arranging welding machine at site and deducting the scrap value or credit value for taking away of the dismantled material from the site all complete etc., as directed by E-in- charge
70)Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
71) Charges for arranging carpenter / plumber along with helper whereever required for attending minor repair works in the compound etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (The required fittings & fixtures exept screws/nails, drilling etc.shall be paid separately and measured for each half day)
