Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 10 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 100 kg / Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete block masonry finishing even and fair without using extra cement in complete including WPC all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid seprately.

M&L taking down, chipping and removing the loose, spoilt, damaged cement concrete, cement mortar surfaces of RCC columns, beams, walls, chajjas etc and exposing the reinforced cement, wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforced bar, apply rust remover over the cleaned re-bar surface wash the re-bar with clean water for removing all rusts from the old re-bar surfaces, fixing new reinforcement for strengthen the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water applying one coat of polymer modified cement and quartz sand mortar in CM 1:3 mix, 40mm average thick in two coats, with and including polymer @10% by weight of cement, including erecting and dismantling steel scafolding for carrying out the work upto height of 10m (Approx) complete all as specified and as directed.
