(As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Code No.6.2.MO Cleaning of the existing black topped surfaces with brooms, soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment. As per clause no 503.3.1 of MOST specification.

Code No.6.5E.1.MO Providing and applying tackcoat on the prepared surface, heating bitumen in boiler and spraying the bitumen with sprayset fitted on bitumen boiler - on black topped surface bitumen @ 5kg/10sqm.

Code No.6.11B.MO Providing and laying open graded premix carpet 20mm thick on prepared surface in a Single course as wearing course composed of specified size of stone aggregates premix with a bituminous binder in mini hot mix plant 6 to 10 tonne laying manually and rolling with power roller 8 to 10 tonne but excluding cost of primer/tack coat. As per clause no 509 of MOST specification.

Code No.6.17.MO Providing and applying premixed seal coat type ’B’ comprising of thin application of fine aggregate premix with bitumen binder in mini hot mix plant, carriage manually of mixed material and laying and rolling with power roller 8 to 10 tonne. As per clause no 513 of MOST specification.

Code No.NPSR Disposal of dismantled materials upto 2Km including loading and unloading etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge..

Code No.NPSR Fabrication, supply and fixing of Village/informatory name board of size 1.06mtsx0.61mts. The width of the board in tapered at 0.80mts upto 1.06mts to give the triangular shape at one end with High intensity reflective sheeting of required color encapsulation on aluminium sheet of not lessthan 2mm thick suitably supported and framed with 25mmx25mmx3mm AISI 316 grade Stainless steel angle and the board frame is supported alround with AISI 316 grade stainless steel pipe of 38.10mm dia (outer dia & 2mm wall thickness). The Village names/Street names, lettering and symbols will be provided by High Intensity grade white sheeting. The board is supported by Two Nos. of 63.5mm dia post S.S. pipes for 2.0mts height with same dia Dummy plate arrangement at the top. The board frame and post pipes are welded by Tig welding with necessary polishing etc, and M.S. pipe of 50mm dia for a length of 35cm will be welded at the bottom of the posts and fixed in a ground pit of size 0.45x0.45x0.50mts with P.C.C. 1:2:4. Rate including all the materials, S.S. welding, Grinding, Polishing, fabrication charges, Conveyance etc except Earth work and P.C.C charges, complete.
