GE I R AND D/CHD-65/2026-27 REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF CENTRAL HEATING SYSTEM INDOOR AND OUTDOOR UNITS AT DIHAR LEH

Excavation in trenches for Soft/ dense soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m depth 1.5m for laying cables/poles, stays ,foundation etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above from the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning and removing dirt particle and decarburizing boiler of central heating plant of Capacity 1 to 4 Lack K cal / hrs including replacement of wear and tear gaskets, unserviceable nuts,bolts and washers and making all joints for pipes leakes proof with replacement of minor accessories of glycol / water circulating systems etc for effective function of the plant complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning/removing dirt ,impurities particle from fuel tank of size 1.25M x 1.25M x1.25M including replacement of deffective gaskets, unserviceable nuts,bolts and washers and making all joints leaks proof using necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Tools and plants alongwith labour only for attending of complaint for day to day / daily complaints by employed skilled staff, checking the serviceability of fan coil unit of any capacity for having continuous sreviceability of FCU for any number of time as desired by Engr-in-Charge including replacement of minor spare part like Gasket, Teflon tape, flare nut, tightening of any loose glycol line connections, shifting FCU from one place to another place if required, heating up the freezed glycol line anywhere about the premices to have continuous flow of glycol fluid, repairing the insulation of pipe line of any size by providing shallow tape / GI wire as deemed fit, for fastening the insulation with pipe line, stopping any kind of leakage from any size of pipe line, tightening the loose electrical connections as related with FCU / Heating system, cleaning the air filter including radiator of FCU to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge all as directed at site. Note :- i) . Attending any complaints of different nature in a single day will be considered as one job. ii) Any kind of replacement of major items shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of schedule 'A' as supply and fixing in repair/replacement iii) Any nature of complaint related with FCUs, radiators, bursting/cracking/leakage of MS pipe lines, replacement of valves etc will be completed round the clock by suitable trademen (welder with suitable T & P,(including portable heating materials)-01,Skilled mechanic of CHS-01, Plumber/Fitter with helper-each o1, Supervisor-01 as per descreation of Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Sequence controller for heating plant suitable for 4 Lakh Kcal for thermax plant complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 07 above but for 2 lakh K/cal. for thermax plant complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of PVC coupling assembly from fuel pump assly to motor suitable for 1 to 4 Lakh K/ cal boiler complete all as specified and directed for thermax plant.

Supply and fixing in replacement of water pressure guage 0 to 5 Kg/cm2 complete all as specified and directed.
