Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated) sheets in roof covering

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and making good to wall and roof joint.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for including gas cutting, welding etc.

S&F rolled mild steel Joist, channel, angle, flat sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, or M S tubular sections etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) grade Fe 290( E-165) all as directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F Mild steel Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 ® complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces, girth or width exc 10cm

Taking down carefully existing bitumen tar felt incl. Screed and cleaning of surfaces of roof etc. With wire brush incl. Flashing and junctions of parapets/kerb walls etc. And removing of the rubbish to a distance exc. 500 metres but not exc. 1.5 km and deposting where directed.

M&L for Plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing liquid and smooth finished and smooth(without using extra cement).

Waterproofing on roof including flashing and junction of parapet, kerb, wall etc. As under (a) A coat of hot blown type bitumen of grade 85/25, applied hot @ 0.7 kg/sqm (b) Laying by thermo fusion ( torch applied) 3 mm thick APP based polymeric water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.5kg/sqm and reinforcement with polyester non woven fabric ( not less than 150 gms/sqm) (c) Painting the exposed APP membrane surface with bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15kg/sqm

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillers etc but including ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles

M & L Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 with old size bricks.

M&L for preparation of plastered surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down,stopping and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat chalk whitening primer prepatory to distemper on walls.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement mortar on stone surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work in cm 1:4 finished even and fair with out using extra cement complete all as specifed and directed

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of any description and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls over a coat of chalk whitening primer complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (But not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick masonary or concrete rough finished surfaces as backing coat

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300 x 200 x 7mm / 300 x 450 x 7-8mm thick in vertical surface, set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed with white or coloured cement to match

M&L for 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floors finishes

M&L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7mm to 8mm thick area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match in floor etc complete all as specifed and directed Note : Cement mortar screed bed layer shall be measured & paid separately

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles any light shade 8 to 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 Sqm in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and painted in white or coloured cement to match.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs exc 250 n exc 500 litre, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately) including all connecting accessories as nipple, elbows, connector etc.

Cutting and pinning in, making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills sunshades, shelves, lintes, etc making good, cutting exc 20 cm girth in slab walls

M&L for type B1 (1:2:4) (20 mm graded aggregate) cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards( Fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified & directed.

S&F interlocking aluminium powder coated snap grid consists of main Tee runners of size 38mm x 25mm x 1.00 mm spaced 1200mm centre to centre and cross Tee of size 25mm x 25mm x1.00mm, 1200 long spaced between the main Tee at 600mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200mm x 600mm and provide a secondary cross Tee 25mm x 25mm x 1.4mm (of length 600mm) to be interlocked of the centre of 1200mm x 600mm panel to form a grid of 600mm x 600mm and wall angle 25mm x 25mm x 1.5mm . Aluminium alloy extruded section shall be aluminium anodized ( minimum 15 micron) and shall conform to IS 733, IS 1285 and IS 737, and providing and fixing with Hangers of 4mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length ) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long size of grid 600 x 600mm complete all as specified and S&F non asbestos cement pre-painted building board 4mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturer instruction”

Taking up or down 20 mm dia tubes galvanized iron and connections and removing/shifting from site incl cleaning where directed complete all as specifed and directed

Re-fixing only tubes galvanized iron and connections fixed to walls or laid in floor supplying & fixing new fittings such as socket, bends, elbows nipple, union etc all as specified and directed of size 20 mm dia complete all as specified and directed
