Providing fixing and incorporating glass strips nominal size of 40 mm x 4mm under flooring . (including all carriages lead and lift if any)

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors and windows and clestory windows using 10 kg /sqm (4mm thick) float glass panes including ISI marked black enameled M.S. butt hinges bright finished of requried size with necessary screws, ( 35mm thick of 2nd class Kail wood). (including all carriages lead and lift if any)

Providing and fixing flat pressed 3 layer particle board medium density exterior grade (Grade I) or graded wood particle board IS : 3087 marked to frame, backing or studding with screws etc. complete (Frames, backing or studding to be paid separately) : 12 mm thick (including all carriages lead and lift if any)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (Non-modular) brick of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) (including all carriages lead and lift if any)

Reinforcement of RCC work including straightening , cutting, bending, plueins in position and binding all complete thermo mechanically treated bars (including all carriages lead and lift if any)
