RENOVATION OF URBAN HEALTH AND WELLNESS CENTRE AT WARD NO-29 (DHARIYADIH)UNDER MUNICIPAL CORPORATION GIRIDIH.

Dismantling old plaster and pointing in cement or lime and raking out joints to 15mm depth watering and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) -with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty as per building direction of E/I.

Providing 6mm cement Plaster in cm (1:4) in Ceiling with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including cost of screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing two coats of oil bound distemper of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer over new surface including preparing the plastrered surface by rubbing smooth with pumice stone or fine sand paper applying putty wherever required scaffolding washing of floors and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. grill gate with M.S. grill made of 20X6mm M.S. flats or 16mm M.S. square bars fitted on 25X25X6mm M.S. Angle frame of size 60X60X6mm. Including cost of fabrication, providing necessary locking arrangement with haskal and domny duly fixed in P.C.C. (1:2:4) blocks of required size applying a priming red lead paint over steel work, taxes all complete as per drawing specification and direction of E/I.

Supplying, fitting and fixing 35mm thick solid core type decorative double leaf flush door shutter with both sides decorative veneered with black board core bended with high quality phenol formal dehydes synthetic resine of standard make with Aluminium fittings such as hinges, towerbolts, handle, cleat and sand blocks and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over new wooden surface including cleaning the surface after removing dirt including scales, smokes, grease and sand preparing, including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.
