Work

Following work are to be carried out at 132 KV S/S NKN as per direction of SDO/JE concerned & technical specification with all cost of men, materials, mis. Consumbles and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work:-

Supply and fixing of AC cubical canopy type for outdoor installation having size 1800x600x500 mm with MS sheet thickness 16 SWG duly powder coated good quality with rating of 415 V, 250 A, 3 phase and neutral. The receptacle shall be double door (01 front door and 01 No inside door for operating the MCCB without opening the door) and single door on opposite side of receptacle., It shall have 4 No aluminium insulated bus bar of size 75x10x6 mm fixed on suitable insulators. Panel should be incorporated with phase indication Lamp and incoming (01 No. 250 Amp and outgoing MCCB 14 Nos 63 Amp) of Schneider/L&T/Indoasian or equivalent make with the provision of suitable sizes Aluminium insulated bus bar. Power receptacle shall be weather, dust and vermin proof with proper locking arrangement with stand and phase indicator.

Providing and fixing of 3-Phase AC cubicles box of size 600x600x200 mm of MS sheet 16 SWG painted with synthetic Enamel paint box should be fixed with 04 No insulated aluminium bus bar for AC distribution & 01 No 100 Amp MCB isolator and 06 No. 16 Amp MCB at 132 KV S/S NKN

Laying of 2C/4Cx2.5 sq mm size of PVC insulated copper cable for LT AC distribution cubical to switchyard lighting point through excavated trenches 300x600 mm covering the cable with river sand and first class brick laying over it and back filling & leveling of the Trench after the laying cables. ( Cable shall be provided by department)

Laying of 3.5x50/95 sq mm LT power cable 50 cms below the ground level after excavation and to put the first class brick and river sand along the side of cable and back filling. The work includes both side termination of cable with crimping of lugs & providing and fixing of cable route marker duly made of cast iron. All labour material T&P etc. required for proper completion of work at 132 KV Substation NKN ( Power cable shall be provided by department.)

Carriage, Loading & unloading of cable (2C/4Cx2.5 sq mm size of PVC insulated copper & 3.5x50/95 sq mm LT power cable) from 220 KV S/S CG City to 132 KV NKN (Distance 25 Km) with help of Crane/ Hydra, Vehicle, T&P etc.
