Complete removal of existing treatment including preparation of old surfaces of wall and applying two coats of exterior acrylic paint of any shade in comouflage pattern as approved by GE as per manufacturer's instrucitons complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note :- (i) Strictly as per approved pattern kept in GE(AF) Pathankot office. (ii) RGB value of colour codes should be followed as per approved pattern

Complete removal of existing treatment incl preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 Cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint in comouflage pattern as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note :- Strictly as per approved patterj kept in GE(AF) Pathankot office. (ii) RGB value of colour codes should be followed as per approved pattern

Rendering of 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on bricks on concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down existing plaster with two coats of cement base paint (any shade in comouflage pattern if required) on new surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note :Rate for form work if reqd to be incl in the rate quaoted by the contractor.

Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall including cornices, pillasters by brooming down with steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke dust, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and removing oily and greasy spots etc. incl applying two coat of white wash on old decorated surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

All as per Srl items No 04 avove but on ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall including cornices, pillasters by brooming down with steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke dust, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and removing oily and greasy spots etc applying one coats of oil bound distemper on old surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Preparation of old steel surface exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Preparation of old wood or wood based surface and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & labour for removal of existing treatment and applying one coat of wall putty of standard make approved by GE to give smooth flawlesss surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall for distemper and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and fair without using extra cement, and applying two coats of OBD of any tint over a white wash including taking down existing plaster complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering dubbing coat over damaged irregular surface of chajjas roof projections ceiling facia etc average 15mm thick in cm 1:4 over cement slurry coat thick @ 3 Kg/sqm making the surface even followed by 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 furnished even& smooth including applying two coats of weather proof emultion paint (any shade in comouflage pattern if required) incl making of drip course as reqd complete incl roughening surface of old concrete by picking sweeping clean and washing with water complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :Rate for form work if reqd to be incl in the rate quaoted by the contractor.

Preparation of wooden surfaces and applying under coating varnish and finishing coating varnish with synthetic varnish on wooden surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for naming the Building Nos of hieght 30 cm and width 15 cm back base painted complete black and 2/4 letters to be written in white colour complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
