   Bulk / Full quantity of this tender is restricted to be procured from Proven Source with satisfactory past performance for the tendered item supplied to Zonal Railways/PUs. For proof of past performance, copies of purchase Order, Inspection Certificate and Receipt Note/Certificate should be uploaded. Non submission of these documents with offer will be treated as firm not having any past performance. [Material for the items at sl. no. (1) Clamp & (2) Packing are to be procured from ICF approved sources for Impregnated Compressed Laminates (ICF Item ID: 2300161, reference date 30.04.2025) .The suppliers have to produce purchase documents during inspection] Firm may read the para 2.6 of GCC for full details.

   The procurement of the item is restricted to Class I local suppliers only and the vendors who do not qualify to be Class I local suppliers should not quote in the tender as their offers shall not be considered for any ordering. In case any vendor who does not qualify to be a Class I local supplier for the tendered item and participates in the tender it does so a at their own risk and cost and Railways shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the vendor. Requirement of a vendor to be a Class-I local supplier for the this item, shall be a mandatory condition in addition to other qualifying eligibility criteria/conditions.
