Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS: 733 and IS :1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically whereever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beeding for glazing/ panelling, C.P. Brass/ Stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing and panelling to be paid for seperately).

Brass/ Stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc with EPDM Rubber/Neoprene gasket etc.complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge.(Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in the basic item): With float glass (Saint Gobain ,Modi guard make) panes of 6.00 mm thickness.

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture ( Hardwin,Everite,Everest) conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg, for doors, including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same atching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. With stainless steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness

Providing and fixing 100mm brass locks (best make of approved quality) ( Godrej ,Dorset make) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete.

Providing and fixing homogeneous polyvinyl chloride sheet ISI/ISO 9001/2000 ( 2.0 mm thick ) in flooring and skirting in roll form of approved make and pattern on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesive of approved quality and welded on joints manufacturer like Dunlop S-758,fevicol SR 988 or equivalent including rolling with light wooden roller wieghing about 5 kg. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge , in approved colour and shade. ( Wonder floor, Tuskar, Armstong).

Removal of existing P.V.C. flooring and repairing of floor complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with enamel paint ( super glossy) of approved brand and manufacture( Asian , Berger , ICI make) of required colour and one or more coats to give an even shade with spray gun includig sand papering ,repairs if any complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of self levelling epoxy coating over old coating of lab furniture including prepratition of suitable base for coating of approved colour ( black) complete including rubbing ,putty ,finishing ,change of damaged ply /veneer ( if any) of required thickness in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring ( Ecko , Finolax , Polycab)alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed PVC conduit ( Diplast , Polyplast ) as required.
