Attending Complaints by deploying sufficeient labour for rectification of leakage of UG water pipe lines of size 80 to 150 mm Bore of any description such as CI/DI/GI pipe line at any location including necessary excavation, earth work, dewatering, cutting existing pipe lines including repairs with suitable flanges, Joints or any other material complete all as specified and as directed.

Attending leakage complaints of sluice valves by opening removing gland plate and pumping/taking water from water pit and proving gland packing and refitting by replacing worn out bolts,nuts and washers complete all as specified. M&L for rewinding of electric motor upto 20 HP 50 Hz 400/415 volts of mono block/centrifugal pump of any make and type with super enameled copper winding wire including bearing bushes and other accessories etc required to make motor functional and testing on load complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rewinding of Submersible motor by taking out burnt copper winding, cleaning the casing & slots with wire brush & washing with pressure water & shall be dried , rewinding the motor using required gauge of super enameled copper winding wire. Making the winding leak proof & taking out the electric connection with suitable size of submersible cable up to 03 Meter, Capacity of motor 10 HP complete all as specified and as directed .

Disconnecting old starters, Supply and fix in replacement of fully automatic star delta starter suitable for 10 -20 HP pump motor set, AC 440 V 50 Hz with single phase preventor , over current and short circuit protection Built in voltmeter, ammeter complete all as specified.

Development of Tube well be means of air compressor unit and then by over pumping unit until sand free water is obtained and testing of yield for duration as under :-

(a) For air compressor unit minimum 100 PSI, 300 CFM for 1 to 24 hrs all as specified and directed.

Lifting and taking out the submersible pump set and motor of capacity 10 HP including column pipe by dismantling nut bolt washers and rubber packing etc including disconnecting of submersible cable complete from the sump /bore well and lowering back the pump after repairing from the pump including making electrical connection with the existing panel /starter and connecting the complete the column pipe assembly with nut bolts, washers/ packing to the existing header without any leakage complete all as directed. Note :- Rate are deemed to be inclusive for jointing of Submersible Cable , reconnecting the delivery pipe line of submersible pump sets to water mains , testing for satisfactory running & continuous flow of water complete.

M&L for repairs & Servicing of defective submersible pump of capacity 10 HP by dismantling the pump & removing unserviceable parts , assemble the pump properly after replacements of unserviceable parts complete all as specified and as directed . Note:- (a) The rates are inclusive of transporting the pump from bore well site to repair work shop & back to site. (b) The rate are inclusive of turning / finishing work for fixing of parts properly. (c) The replacement of unserviceable parts will be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.
