REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF CONVENTIONAL STREET LIGHT, PERIMETER LIGHT WITH LED LIGHT FITTING AND REPAIR TO DG SET FOR AIR FORCE STATION AMRITSAR

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep for laying of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out complete all as spceified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil) including spreading leveling and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavation soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts. Complete all as specified and directed Note: Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

M&L, locally available , sub class 'B' bricks (old size) laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protectionprependicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia bore for cable protection fixed to pole or under road/ pavement, complete including MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Low Tension (LT) under ground cables XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized armoured electric powder cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor cross sectional are 35 Sqmm 3.5 core LT, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, along poles or passing with through pipe or laid under floor or through on wall etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note(s): Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning and bricks for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for painting of steel tublar pole with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint upto 1.5m above ground level (in white and black strips of 30 cm each) and 2 coats of aluminium paint above 1.5 mtr height including cross arms, bracing, clamps, GI pipe fittings etc as per site after preparation of surface including writing pole Nos, feeder Type with black paint complete as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of PCC pole with 1 coats of cement base paint upto 1.5m above ground level (in white and black strips of 30 cm each) and 2 coats of aluminium paint to bracing, clamps, GI pipe fittings etc as per site after preparation of surface including writing pole Nos with black paint complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement, outdoor type, factory made cable junction box dust, weather and vermin proof, IP-protection with aluminium bus bar strip 25mm x 3 mm and MCB 6 Amps, 10KA ;C' curve, MS strip of size 25mmx4mm made, MS clamps, bolts, Thimbels etc for fixing arrangement for each street light including cable gland and locking arragement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing bracket made out of GI pipe 32mm medium grade 1.2 mtr long made to shape with fixing clamps of MS flat 40x6mm nuts bolts etc for street light all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing bracket made out of GI pipe 25mm medium grade 1.2 mtr long made to shape with fixing clamps of MS flat 40x6mm nuts bolts etc for street light all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying/fixing 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) copper conductor, two single core, PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable, drawn in steel/PCC pole for connection to street light fitting and making connections, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F the following unserviceable parts of automatic mains failure (AMF) panel 12 v DC and 440 V AC supply opereted system complete all as specified and directed.

Alternator voltage monitor relay 3 phase 415 V.

(ii) Auto and mannual option. (iii) Inbuilt SMPS AC Battery chager. (iv) Contractor based auto change over 200 Apms (v) Line voltage monitor for Main supply. (vi) Under/over voltage protection for main supply.

SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE OF DG SET

CAPACITY 25 KVA TO 45 KVA (a) Servicing of DG set 25 KVA to 45 KVA of any make including changing of engine oil sump gasket with nuts bolts and check the all nuts bolts complete of engine and alternator alogwith replacement of defective parts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : All parts make kirloskar (i) 25 KVA - 01 Nos (Sewage pump) (ii) 30 KVA - 03 Nos (SMC & 41 WEU Khasa PH No. 2 Domestic area) (iii) 35 KVA - 03 Nos (PH No. 01, Domestic area) PH No. 03 (Tecg area) & PH No 4 (Muradpur area) (iv) 45 KVA - 02 Nos (immols & Airmen Mess) (b) S&F in replacement lube oil filter element complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L for repairing cleaning/servicing of radiator assembly of DG set including decaling of tubes with solution and chemicals and compressed air blast including soldering/gas welding of leaking tubes including cutting welding of rusted ms tubes with new tubes transportation to workshop, and back and refixing after testing complete and making it leak proof complete all as specified an as directed.

S&F fan belt set of DG set of existing size complete all as specified an as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repalacement of head gasket of DG set compelte.

M&L for rewiring of DG set self start assembly of any capacity with super enamalled copper winding wire of existing gauge including replacement of unserviceable spare parts of existing make and re-assembling connecting and testing on load all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and filling of multigrade Diesel engine Oil 20W/40 suitable for DG set compelete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling of coolant suitable for DG set compelete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not othewise specially provided for including removal of debries out of defense land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 50 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floors, finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
