Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incuding cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing debris out side of defence land complete all as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded jointed in any mortar all as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished the surface even and smooth without extra cement including taking down old cement plaster including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on any faces of brick or concrete surface mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down old cement plaster including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Liquid water proofing compound to be measured paid separately.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparation of new plastered surface and apply two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer with including 2mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of newly plastered surface by using sand paper to achive even and smooth surface and applying two coats of weather coat paint (Weather coat Exterior emulsion) 1st Quality (White or tinted) over a coat of base primer complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour brick work with fly ash bricks with using Modular size Brick , straight or curved on plan exc 6 Mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 including dismantling of old brick work built in cement mortar in any position including all quoins, arches & pillars etc complete all specified and as directed.

M & L Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface fininished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2, with using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in floor / plinth protection, finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including filling the expansion joints with bitumen filler / filler boards complete as specified and directed.

M & L for 40mm thick in cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate in levelling course / subbase / floor, finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 25mm thick in cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate in levelling course / subbase / floor, finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Joint free Non skid coloured ceramic tiles of size 300mm x 300mm x 7 to 8mm thick, Matt Finished (Square / rectangular) over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Virified Ceramic tiles (Full body) of size 600mm x 600mm x 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished as in flooring, set and jointed in neat cement slurrry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over & including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 15 above but as in skirting over & including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 on concrete or cement plaster surfaces all as specified and as directed.

M & L for colored glazed ceramic tiles of size 300mm x 600mm x 7 to 8mm thick (Matt Finish) on vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 on brickwork or stone masonary surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 20 to 25mm thick machine cut Kota stone of size 550 x 550mm (minimum) as in flooring laid and jointed with grey cement slurrry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

All as per item No 18 above but kota stone slab as in riser of steps, skirting , dado and pillar and applying oxalic acid ,wax polish to obtain mirror polish finished laid over and including 10mm thick including 10mm thick baking coat of CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed .

M & L 20mm thick granite (of any type) work table rubbed and polished in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, floor / skirting / risers or as in vertical support or counter top for wash basin and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixtures of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15 mm thick screed layer in CM 1:3 with edges polished / rounded as ordered incuding cutting circular or eliptical hole in granite slab and fixing in position complete and ensure best adhesion to surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 500 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethelene water storage tanks (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) hoisted & fixed in position including all necessary GI fittings such as nipple, union / sockets etc and connecting up pipes etc including dismantling old water tanks complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repair box type window hinges for steel window in lieu of broken projected type hinges or any type by welding of suitable size at site at any height (upto Three storeyed) completeall as specified and directed.

Dismantling of boarding, any description fixed in any position with nails i.e. in cupboard shutters, partitions, false ceiling and wall lining etc and similar position fixed with nail or screws complete all as directed.

S & F aluminium powder coated snap grid framed work of size 600mm x 600mm for false ceiling and including suspended hangers 6mm dia G.I (upto 1200mm long) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs/purlin/rafter with the help of cleats made out of G.I flat 40 x 3mm of size 60mm long and expansion hold fastener 12.5mm dia 40mm long with including 12mm thick seamless calcium silicate ceiling made out of 1800 x 1200mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre as approved complete with following aluminium anodised sections :- (a) Main and cross Tee shall be of size 36.5mm x 23.5mm x 1.5mm thick and 23.5mm x 23.5mm x 1.28mm thick respectively and jointed at junction/crossing with aluminium anodised angle bracket of size 15mm x 15mm x 1.5mm thick weighing 0.12 Kg/RM fixed with suitable M.S bolt, Nuts & washers as per manufaturere's insructions . S & F False ceiling using Non Asbestos (Fiber cement) decorative tiles manufatured by V-Board of Size 595mm x 595mm x 4mm thick including GI snap grid of size (600mm x 600mm) using hot dipped galvanised steel section, exposed surface with pre-coated capping main Tee of size 24 x 38mm x 0.5mm thick at every 1200mm center to center maximum and rotary stitched cross tee of size 24mm x 32mm x 0.5mm thick at 1200mm center to center and wall angle of size 19 x 19mm x 0.5mm thick fixed to the periphery of the wall. The above grid is suspended at every 1200mm center to center in both directions using 2.0mm thick pre-straightened GI wire on main runners including applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.
