Taking down cement plaster / terrazzo on wall/ceiling of any description thickness including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 15mm thick rendering on concrete/brick surfaces in CM 1:4 using with water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- WPC measured and paid saperately

Material and labour 5mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:3 on Concrete Surfaces, ceiling etc finished surface Even and Smooth, without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfacces and applying three coat of white wash as in ceilling complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing newly plastered Surfaces of internal wall and applying two Coats of oil emulsion distemper over 1 mm thick wall care putty on wall plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for new surface of wall any description including brooming down with steel wire brushing , scrapping down smoke soot's, moulds , moss and efflorescence, salts, trading oil greasy spots etc and applying two coats of Anti fungal weather proof grade exterior Acrylic emulsion paint of approved tint over a coat of weather proof primer including filling the cracks etc with crack filling upto 5 bars of positive hydrostatic pressure on vertical walls without any dilution with forced coverage not more than 3.5 SqMaterial and labourtr as per manufacturer instructions and all coats including primer to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 Ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI, allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint upto height 12 mtr including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment & washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces incl preparation of old undecorated surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distempered over 1mm thick wall care putty on wall over priming surafce all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for prepration of old surfaces of ceiling includinng scrapping down smoke ,soot,and efflorescent salts and treatings oil and gresy spots, brooming down or steel wire brushing removing nails making good holes cracks etc on plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling surface all as specified and as directed.
