Construction of New ATC Tower cum Technical Block including Repair and Maintenance, Operation and AICMC at Madurai Airport

Construction of "GRIHA v.2019" 4 Star rated ATC Tower cum Technical Block on Engineering Procurement Construction i.e. Design-Built and Handover basis which includes Construction of Centrally Air Conditioned through VRF/VRV system Multi storey RCC/ Steel composite structures, Construction of ancillary buildings, Internal and External Services (Civil, Electro-Mechanical, Electronics & IT), Firefighting, Interior Furnishing and Finishing with provision of Furniture, Roads & Paths, External development, Street-Lighting, communication services, security infrastructure, Water supply & Drainage system, security boundary wall, art work, rain water harvesting, STP, Landscaping & Horticulture works and amenities, complete in all respect on the basis of concept drawings and tender specifications available in tender document. The work also includes obtaining mandatory approvals from local bodies/ authorities required for commencing the work, execution of required contingent works for operationalization of ATC Tower cum Technical Block, obtaining post construction mandatory approvals from regulatory authorities and handing over the assets after making them operational in all aspects.

Operation & Maintenance and Repair/AICMC

Civil Works

Operational and Service Charges for 07 years including Defect liability period of 02 Years (24x7x365 days as specified in tender document) after completion of work. Note: Amount to be quoted for First Year only. Yearly 10% cumulative enhancement on first year cost shall be applicable from Second Year onwards. Final amount for 7 years shall be automatically calculated and will be reflected in total Amount quoted.

All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance and Annual Repair works including Preventive Maintenance,special repair for 05 Years after Defect liability period of 02 Years. Note: Amount to be quoted for First Year only. Yearly 7% cumulative enhancement on first year cost shall be applicable from Second Year onwards. Final amount for 5 years shall be automatically calculated and will be reflected in total Amount quoted.

Complete maintenance of Horticulture works of the entire Complex (as specified in tender document) for 07 years including Defect liability period of 02 Years after completion of work . Note: Amount to be quoted for First Year only. Yearly 7% cumulative enhancement on first year cost shall be applicable from Second Year onwards. Final amount for 7 years shall be automatically calculated and will be reflected in total Amount quoted.

Electro Mechanical Works

Providing manpower for Operation & maintenance of DG sets,Substation equipments, Internal & external electrical installation, HVAC & BMS, Fire Fighting, Fire alarm System , WTP, STP etc. as per standard OEM recommendations , maintenance schedules & practices as per manpower/ shift schedule mentioned in special conditions of contract. During first year. Note: i) Amount to be quoted for first year only. ii) Yearly 10% cumilative enhancement on first year cost shall be applicable from second year onwards. iii) Final amount for 7 years shall be automatically calculated and will be reflected in total amount quoted.

All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of all Substation equipments along with all other associated works after DLP of Two years as provided under the main contract including trouble shooting, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practice, recommendation of the manufacturer, instructions of Engineer-in-Charge and as per terms and conditions specified. During first year after DLP of Two year (i.e Third year from completion) Note: i) Amount to be quoted for first year (after defect liability period) only. ii) Yearly 7% cumilative enhancement on first year cost shall be applicable from second year onwards. iii) Final amount for 5 years shall be automatically calculated and will be reflected in total amount quoted.

During first year after DLP of Two year (i.e Third year from completion).
