Taking down the old existing unsv LT Cable of any size etc all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, laying of cable/pipe etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in hard rock complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note (i) Hard rock obtained from excavation shall be stacked properly. Stacked hard rock shall be measured by deducting 50% quantity for voids for hard rock, remaining quantity will be considered of soft/disintegrated rock. (ii) Hard rock obtained shall be issued under Schedule of credit, which shall not be allowed for uses in work.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated materia soft/ disintegrated rock to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground PVC/XLPE cable with tibba sand and punning to provide required cover complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Punned thickness of sand cushioning shall only measured).

Supplying and laying Jodhpur stone quarry faced stone slab cover 25 to 30 cm in width, 50 to 60 cm long and 40 to 50 mm thick, laid dry and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm over under ground cables for protection complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & laying of XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade 95 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & laying of XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade 70 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & laying of XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair LT 1100 Volt pin type porcelain/ vitreous china, white, brown, or green insulator hight 100 mmx 65mm dia, grade incl. one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one GI nut complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Opening the binding wire from pin / shackle insulator on steel/PCC pole of any height for re-stretching the ACSR conductor , after re-stretching without kinks & bends, binding the pin / shackle insulator with appropriate size of aluminium binding wire complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: (i) The above work includes clearing/ prooning of tree branches falling around the conductors. (ii) Cost of binding wire deemed to be included in the quoted rate ,No extra amount will be paid. (iii) Ledder required for carriying out the job. (iv) Safety eqpts providing to electrician will be responsiblity of the contractor.

Opening the binding wire from "J" hook or opening nut, bolts of cross arms on steel/PCC pole of any height for re-stretching the galvanised iron earth wire any size, after re-stretching without kinks & bend , binding the "J" hook with appropriate size of aluminium binding wire or fixing with appropriate size of nut, bolts, washers complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: (i) Cost of binding wire / nut bolts and washers deemed to be included in the quoted rate, No extra amount will be paid.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surface of LT Concrete electric pole of any size by removing all dirt ,dust,etc and painting complete surface up to pole top including connected accessories with dual coat of apex exterior ,synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer of approved colour of a black and white strip 30 cm height (Total 5 Nos), including painting the cross arms/bracing support on pole with a coat of aluminium paint,silver colour aluminium paint with coated of primer and writing of identification Nos with proper stencil cut etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surface of LT Steel tubular pole of any size by removing all dirt ,dust,etc and painting complete surface up to pole top including connected accessories with dual coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer of approved colour of a black and white strip 30 cm height (Total 5 Nos), and rest of the height of the pole is in silver colour aluminium paint ,including bracing support on pole and writing of identification Noss with proper stencil cut etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, transportation fixing and errection of prestressed cement concrete pole in repair 11 metre long, minimum cross section 152 mm x 152 mm at top and 152 mm x 260 mm at bottom class -9 confirming to IS-1678 and including making alternate white and black strips 30 cm height (Total 5 Nos), with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40mm grade stone aggregate in foundation of pole/ struts/ filling of road cutting etc including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm grade stone aggregate in foundation of stay assembly/pole including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm grade stone aggregate in foundation of pole/struts etc including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate for couping/encasing around of pole including necessary form work finished and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting and trimming the tree branches touching the over head lines of LT/HT one meter around the conductor and removal the same from the site complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:-Cutting of branches in span of 50 m will be considered as one job)

S & F in repair LT cable route indicator made out of cast iron plate of 150 mm dia 4mm thick having embosed wiriting LT cable fixed on MS angle iron 30x30x5 mm of 900 mm long with two nuts,bolts and grouting 500 mm length under ground and splitted and bent to shape and embedded in ground with PCC (15 cmx 15cm x 15 cm) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old U/S existing LT Joints of any size etc complete complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, jointing and testing heat shrinkable type straight through cable joint including all material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core, 35 Sqmm to 70 Sqmm of 1100 Volts grade all as per manufacture recommendation complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, jointing and testing heat shrinkable type straight through cable joint including all material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core, 95 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm of 1100 Volts grade all as per manufacture recommendationcomplete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling taking down and removing the old existing unsv non-functional/broken hinges of any description and in any postiion of existing feeder piller boxes/panel boards/feeder pillar boxes etc and supplying and fixing new cold rolled 100mm long medium weight mild steel but hines in position with necessary spot welding etc including making necessary adjustment for free and smooth movement of panel and locking arrangments complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : All Hinges fixed in one panel will be considred under one job only).

Taking down or removing of rusted body part/panel door existing LT Panel feeder pillar box of any size and shap, supply, fixing and febrication in existing, shap and size with and including 2 mm thick CRCA sheet and all jointing material such as nuts, bolts or washer and welding etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

NOTE : (i) The panel board repaired shall be made totally enclosed, weather proof/wemin proof for installing incoming/outgoing MCCB/ Switch fuses/cable etc complete all as directed. (ii) The rates quoted by the contractor are deemed to be with and including necessary cutting, welding, levelling and jointing etc. as directed to match & accommodate with the existing feeder pillar box/panel board. (iii) The replaced porting shall be painted with two coat of synthetic enamled paint over a coat of red oxide primer. (iv) The rates quoted by the contractor deemed to be with and including dismantling/taking out/removing carefully, any damaed part/portion of the feeder pillar box/panel board as directed.

M&L for preparation of the old decorated existing external and internal steel surfaces fo feeder pillar boxes/panels/boards of any description and in any position including removal of disintegrated & deteriorated paint either by hand scrpping or by blow stopping as required and applying tow coats of synthetic enameled paint (grey in colour) with using spray machine on old prepared surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for cleaning of LT panel /sub station /Transformer surrounding area by surface excavation up to 20 cm depth incl removing shrubs, grss, miniplants and other unwanted material and surface leveling complete in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L repair of GI wire (guard wire) of dia 4 mm minimum complete fixing below the HT /LT over head line counductor including fixing on height of 6 to 9 mtr above ground level in shape and size complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Complete in all respect including the arrangement of tools requested to be carry for job.
