M&L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base, foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Mild steel bolts machine made with hexagonal or square head one end each screwed other end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10 cm but not exc. 20cm long and dia of neck exc 11 mm but n exc 15 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 150 x 100mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling all as specified and as directed.

S&F punched tape concertina coil as per IS 4454 with galvanised coating thickness of 230mm Gm/Sm and punched tape as per IS 513 deep drawn quality with a galvanising coating thickness of 12 micron minimum having 50 nos of fixed in position and secured to both sides of shaped angle iron post with 2.642mm GI wire (concertina coil weighting 15Kg approx per coil stretchable to 8 to 9m length including dismantling of damaged concertina coil complte all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised MS wire staple or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured.) complete all as specified and directed.

Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165 including dismantling of unserviceable steel work complete all as specified and as directed

Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 including dismantling of unserviceable steel work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plate girder or single stanchions, built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps, bases. splices, angle brackets, cleats and other connections, conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A including dismantling of unserviceable steel work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Welding in repairs n. exc 2.5cm in, Thickness of Metal to be welded exc. 20mm but n.exc 25mm length complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

PCC 1:2:4, type b-I (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.63 mm thick corrugated Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with cwith L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts with washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 including dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage thickness including nanital or similar pattern complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 0.63 mm thick corrugated Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with cwith L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts with washers, in roofs, walls etc. including dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage thickness including nanital or similar pattern complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.8mm thick plain Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 indlucing dismantling palin or corrugated sheeting any gauge thickness including nanital or similar pattern complete all as specified and directed.
