Pipeline Extension Work near Basir the Miller (Hatwara, Ward No. 06)

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil ( Loam clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5 meter (5ft) and lead upto 30m (100ft) and including filling,watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as direction by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30m(100ft) from the foundation trenches. (as per S.I. No. 251)

Sand/Dust filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of coarse sand from the side of work & including watering ,dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials,labour and tools & plants,etc. required for proper completion of the work (as per S.I. No. 255)

Cement Concrete with 40 mm gauge stone ballast sand of 1.25 FM and cement in proportion of 1:6:12 in making sub base of C.C. road in 7.5 cm/ 10 cm. compacted thickness in foundation and under floors, including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. . (as per S.I. No. 273)

RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm. (3/4'') gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:2:4 in lintels of doors and windows, excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.I wire.and including necessary cantering and suttering etc and also including supply of all materials,labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. binding wire to be supplied by the contractor free of cost. As in item (283) above but in RCC columns in 1.1.5.3 (SI No.289)

RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm. (3/4'') gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:2:4 in lintels of doors and windows, excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.I wire.and including necessary cantering and suttering etc and also including supply of all materials,labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. binding wire to be supplied by the contractor free of cost. As in item (283) above but in RCC T-beam and slab roof in 1.1.5.3 (SI No.288)

Mild steel of iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete/ brick work (when not included in over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel, its wastage and hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured.

Mild steel or iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses built up gates doors frames records racks roof work, gates etc. wrought to required form including drilling holes rivetting or welding where necessary and also including supply of steel, bolts nut wasrage etc. and their fixing required for proper completion of the work in new item.503

Class-150 brick work in 1:4cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. Required for proper completion of the work. (as per S.I. No. 305)

12mm15 mm thick plaster As in item (580) above but with cement and fine sand of fineness modulus mortar in 1:4.(item 584)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.13.8
