Excavating in trenches in soft / loose soil, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth: for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cessapits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n.exc 10 Sq.m on plan and in.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Excavating in trenches in hard / dense soil, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth: for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cessapits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n.exc 10 Sq.m on plan and in.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc.25cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above starting point in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for detecting and repairing leakage in CI/DI pipe lines of size 200mm/250mm bore, taking up unserviceable /serviceable CI/DI water main with spigot and socket ends (including fittings) of any type/grade and joints from trenches and laying new CI/DI pipe lines of size 200/250mm bore in trenches or placing on existing pillars /supports as directed to perform the following :-

(i) Excavation and earth work in soil / mud by using machinery/labour to suitable length (Appx 10 mtrs) and forming bund with excavated soil to avoid sea / raw water entering into the working area including pumping/bailing out water by using portable diesel engine driven pump set.

(ii) Cutting of CI / DI pipe of size 200/250mm bore after through inspection for the damaged pipe line including disconnecting / dismantling.

(iii) Taking out CI/DI pipe with CI/DI specials after removing from joints/burning out joints and removing lead at both ends with the help of hydraulic crane or any other machinery and keeping aside for further disposal.

(iv) Cutting of new pipe into pieces as per requirement and laying using machinery.

(v) Aligning the pipe line as per site condition, along with setting the Collar suitable for 200/250 CI/DI pipe.

(vi) Attending repair work within the minimum time period as specified by Engr - in - charge.

Notes for the Items (i) The unit rate is deemed to include cost of tools and plants and transportation required for attending the repair work.

(ii) Cost of CI/DI pipes required for arresting the leakage shall be included in the quoted rate

(iii) Extra soil required for refilling /making bunds to prevent water entering into the work place shall be deemed to included in rate quoted.

(iv) Specials / rubber or fiber/ flange joint required shall be included in the quoted rate

(v) Old unsv CI/DI pipes, fittings, lead, nuts, bolts, washer, gaskets etc. shall become contractors property and necessary recovery as per schedule of credit shall be deducted from contractor.

Supply and laying in replacement submersible flat cable PVC insulated and screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) LT UG cable with stranded copper conductor for 1100 volts grade of 2.5 sqmm 3 core for fountain lights all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement 6 watt water proof LED lights for fountain confiming to relevent IS of existing model and make alongwith connected items required for fixing with the GI tube of 40mm bore including nuts bolts water all as directed and as specified by Engr-in-charge

M & L for fabrication of 40/50mm bore medium grade GI tube ring type in circular shape for fountain including making connection from existing submersible pump upto nozzle, with flange joints, cutting of pipe, welding where required,nuts, bolts, washer, gasket etc complete incl painting with one coat of anti corrosive paint over red oxide primer all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M & L for replacement of stainless steel or brass nozzles of suitable size for fountain of minniebay area to be fixed in 40/50mm bore medium grade GI tube ring shape including other connected items as requied at site for fixing of the nozzles and alinging the nozzles complete all as directed by Engr in charge.

M & L for replacement of stainless steel or brass main fountain nozzles to be fixed in the centre of fountain of suitable size including fixed in 40/50mm bore medium grade GI tube upto 2 mtrs along with nut bolts, washer, flange, connector,welding where required and other connected times as requied at site complete all as directed by Engr in charge.

Note for item No 92 & 93 : (i) The contractor should visit site to place order for GI ring and nozzles of suitable size. (ii) All other connected items/accessories required for smooth operation of fountain deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning factory fabricated indoor type totally enclosed LT panel of suitable size with bus bar confirming to relevent IS and protection class IP -42, dust, vermin and weather proof fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated, mounted on 40x40x5mm MS angle iron frame, duly welded in shape and coated with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved color over a coat of redoxide primer including necessary grouting of legs 300mm deep in ground in PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm gradeded stone aggregate, panel base to be 500mm above ground level with suitable compartments for controls and monitors including cable gland for incoming and out going cables, locking arrangements including accommodating, supply and fixing in replacement with following accessories

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6mm as earthing lead buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised strip 25×4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers etc connected to pump/motor all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part I of 2020 & as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation / earth work in any type of strata, PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C1 earthing chamber, funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe ,including earth strip with GI protection pipe medium grade etc complete all as specified.

Supply & Fix in replacement copper cables lugs for cables of size upto 25 Sqmm including necessary crimping with crimping tool complete all as specified and directed

S & F in replacement insulation mat for minniebay pump house and command swimming pool in black colour, of existing make, model and of 8mm thickness of size not less than 1x 2 mtr for LT 440 volts confirming to relevent IS all as specified and directed to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge

Supply and fill potable water (test report from accredited NABL Laboratory should be submitted to Engr-In-Charge) in sintex tanks of the bldg height up to 3 floor with water bowser, hose pipe and connected items to fill the water in the sintex/sumps minimum capacity 2000 ltr as directed by Eng-In-Charge. Note : The quoted rate includes cost of one water bowser including supply and filling to the users tank.

Supply, install, test in replacement bulk water flow meter of size 200/250mm, flanged type, helical enclosed, class B , wolt man type, mechanical driven, cast iron body, standards as per ISO 4064:2005, anti magnetic protection, high over load capacity, by cutting the existing CI/DI/MS pipe and inserting the water meter with necessary fittings and joints as required. as directed by Eng-In-Charge.
