Material and labour for roof trusses framed trussed purlins crane rails and fastening and heavy brackets framing ( beam tee, angle, square, rectangular hallow sections or flat sections indl distance pieces, cleats etc Fe-410W (Gde E 250) (G+3) bldgs complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new untreated surfaces of steel of any description exc 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick / block masonry built in CM including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and clearing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour brick work with subclass B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed

Taking down existing cement plaster of any description from brick wall/ concrete surfaces in facia, chajjas, balconies, roof/ceilings and inside of ducts etc at any floor (upto G+3) including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement on brick wall/ concrete surfaces in facia, chajjas, balconies, roof/ceilings and inside of ducts etc at any floor (upto G+3) and applying two coats of distemper over and incl one coat of primer to match with existing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 12mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement on brick wall/ concrete surfaces in facia, chajjas, balconies, roof/ceilings and inside of ducts etc at any floor (upto G+3) and applying two coats of distemper over and incl one coat of primer to match with existing complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid for separately and the rates quoted in this item are inclusive of providing necessary scaffolding and other requisite arrangements, cost of T&P, all safety devices etc complete.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces of ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement two coats of distemper over and incl one coat of primer to match with existing pto G+3) (upto G+3) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for smart care damp proof advanced compound laid in wall / Roof or in any location with and including preparation of surfaces all as per manufacturer striction (G+3) bldgs complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall tile (terracotta tiles) including cement mortar bedding (at any height) and removing the rubbish off the premises complete with and plastering the same surfaces 15mm thick in CM (1:4) using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth and cutting grooves (to match with existing pattern) while the surface is green including necessary scaffolding and other safety measures at any height complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid for separately (G+3) bldgs

Material and labour for cleaning and preparation of roof/wall (RCC/BRICK/tiles/Cement concrete) surface and made free of dirt, foreign particles, laitance, loose plaster/concrete followed by grinding all protrusions to make surface modulated. Thereafter, inspection for cracks on the surface/Junctions/Joints caused by thermal expansion/ contraction and repairing the cracks on the surface/Junctions/joints caused by thermal expansion/ contraction by Cutting the grooves with suitable cutter machine in "v" groove filled with Repair mortar/micro concrete/General purpose grout as recommended proportionally as per recommendation of manufacturer. Also making of gollas at all the corners with Polymer modified mortar (1:4 cement: sand with acrylic polymer 3.5% by weight of cement) . Thereafter supplying and applying high performance Hybrid Polyurea waterproofing coating spray/hand applied liquid membrane with following specifications complete all as specified and directed. (a) Elongation of range 400% - 600%. (b) Tensile strength of 8-12 N/mm2. (c) Crack bridging ability of 3.00-4.00mm. (d) Hardness (Shore ‘A’ ASTM D2240) of range 50-70. The application shall include final base preparation, epoxy primer application in ratio 1.1 (resin: hardener) with 100% water dilution and application of Hybrid polyurea in two coats in 6 hrs interval to achieve total min thickness 1 to 1.50mm. The application/ treatment shall be carried out by authorized rep of approved specialist firm/manufacturer. Note:- The defect liability period of water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including sunken floor shall be 10 years and the contractor shall be responsible to keep the entire building(s) free from leakage/seepage for a period of 10 years after certified date of completion. The contractor may obtain a similar guarantee from the specialist firm engaged by him for the purpose (G+3) bldgs

Material and labour for roof cleaning by cutting or uprooting grass, vegetation and small plants etc from the roof/wall, including making good cement plaster/concrete surface as specified and directed and removing rubbish off the premises, cleaning the surface and applying chemical/herbicides for preventing weed growth (G+3) bldgs. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 0.71 mm thick plain aluminium sheeting, alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) for covering the crumple/expansion joints fixed with aluminium alloy screws (G+3) bldgs. complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials etc. (other than spoil) to a distance of upto 5 kms, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination (approved by MCC) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded agg as in coping as in brick wall duly rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top with threaded lid) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I of capacity 500 ltrs and new 20 mm dia brass float valve high pressure rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe fixed with and including tank nipple of suitable size & check nuts etc with and including disconnecting existing tank of any description and capacity and removal of same from site complete all as specified and directed.
