The tenderer should furnish the information on all past supplies and satisfactory performance in proforma under Section XII

The minimum Turnover of the Manufacturer/ Tenderer shall be Rs. 1.5 Crores during last 3 financial years and furnish supporting documents like balance sheet, profit & loss account certified by a chartered accountant as a proof of turnover and financial status.

The Tenderer shall have valid GST Registration and shall furnish the GST and PAN Details

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the required machines similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least 05 Nos. of Sectional Warping Machine With Creel in any one of the last 5 financial years. The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design.
