Earthwork excavation and depositing on bank with an intial lead & lift in hard stiff clay, gravelly soil, shales, murrams earth mixed soil as per SS 20 B for foundation

Cement concrete in 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm metal used for foundation including cost & conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for curing, compacting etc., complete.

Supplying and Filling foundation and basement with filling Carted earth in layers not more than 15cm . Thick well ramed, watered and compacted Complete complying with stanard specification.

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality Fly ash bricks of size 23x11x7cm for foundation and basement including curing etc.,complete complying with standard specification.

Supply & Fabrication of steel including all cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for etc., complete.

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including all cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for etc., complete.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20 mm metal for all items including cost & conveyance and labour charges etc complete.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3 mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing.

Cost and supply of following provision are made in this estimate including all cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for etc., complete.

Steel Window 1.20x1.30m.

Plastering with CM 1:5 mix using 12 mm thick for sides including cost & conveyance and labour charges etc complete.

Weathering course with brick jelly lime concrete using 20mm brick jelly with pure slacked lime over R.C.C. roof slab in the proportion of 32:12.5 and finshed with Cement mortor 1:4 -20mm thick plastering including cost & conveyance and labour charges etc complete.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stone M.Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing Granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl,

Distempering in two coats using oil bound distemper including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Painting in two coats using exterior emulsion paint including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Painting two coats with approved quality Enamel paint over New iron work including cost & Conveyance and all labour charges etc complete.

Supply and fixing Cuddapah slab of 50mm thick including labour charges etc complete -1 sq.m

Wiring with 2x1.5(22/0.3)sqmm PVC unsheathed SC copper conductor of 1100v grade in suitable PVC Rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with T.W. switch box 5amps F.T switch in flush with wall covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG Wire for cocealed light point/fan point (5point per coil) (S.D. No. 18)

Wiring with 2x1.5 Sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with 150x100x113mm TW switch box and 5 A 3 pin non inter locking CS plug with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for Open PVC Plug Point SD.36

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'40 W flu fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting.(SD 88)

Supply and fixing of WT bulk head fitting with guard (Philips / Bajaj / Crompton / K. Lite) suitable for11W CFL lamp with CFL.(SD 84)

Supplying and fixing P.V.C rainwater down fall pipe of 110mm dia with necessary shoes, bends,& clamps etc.,
