SITC of 51 feet x 4 feet titanium SS 304 letters glow sign board framework made of duly painted 25x25x5 mm MS L- angle and 40x40x5mm MS square pipes fixed at a height of 14 feet from ground level and grouted on existing 4 nos. columns. The supporting structure and signage board framework should be covered on all sides with 4 mm ACP sheets. LETTERS will be made of 1mm thickness titanium SS 304 sheet by argon welding method, The height of the letters 12 inches, 2.5 inches thick, trim cap for fixing of 3mm imported transparent acrylic sheet in front and illuminated with suitable numbers of waterproof LED modules and drivers including supplying of MCB, timer, necessary wiring and connection etc. as required. Structural steelwork made of pipes, channels, angles, plates, flats, bars etc. signboards support structure, complete in all respects including cutting to required size welding of joints, fixing anchor plates, bolts, threading, nuts, washers, sleeves etc.The supporting structure should be covered in all sides with 4 mm ACP sheets

SITC of 63 feet x 4 feet titanium SS 304 letters signage board framework made of duly painted 25x25x5 mm MS L-angle and 40x40x5mm MS square pipe and covered on all sides with 4 mm ACP sheets permanently fixed on the wall with suitable fixing arrangement. LETTERS will be made of 1mm thickness titanium SS 304 sheet by argon welding method, The height of the letters 36 inches, 2.5 inches thick, trim cap for fixing of 3mm imported transparent acrylic sheet in front with a suitable number of waterproof LED modules and drivers including supplying od MCB, timer, necessary wiring and terminations etc. as required. SITC of Structural work for fixing of signage made of LED -3D Letters and Logo permanently fixed on the terrace of the hospital as per drawing dimensions. LOGO dimensions and Height of the letters fabricated from 2mm thick aluminium sheet (all three sides of the letter) with argon welding method and front of letters will be covered by Laser cut from 3.00mm thick Acrylic sheet. Aluminium letters height 48 inches and 4 inches in depth. All letters must be white powder coated colour with MRF metal paint. LED modules will be white colour, waterproof. The numbers of LED fixed as per layout calculation and all letters should be uniformly illuminated and clearly visible from a distance. Illumination level on the acrylic letters of LED sign will be average 3000 LUX. Lux level generated will be verified after installation. LED modules will be wired complete with IP 67 LED drivers,LED Drivers should come with inbuilt surge protection. The complete installation will be water, vermin & dust insulted and protected. Cost should comprise of all accessories tools and tackles including loading, unloading, shifting & lifting of signage letters terrace. SITC of 12 feet x 6 feet external hospital directional signage made of duly painted MS angle framing with 12’’x12’’ ms pipe of 12mm thickness, support structure complete in all respects including cutting to required size, welding of joints, fixing anchor plates, bolts, threading, nuts, washers, sleeves etc. Signboard will covered with ACP sheet in all sides and router cutting of letters/logos and backside acrylic 3mm sheet. The signboard willbe illumionated with rquired number of LED module, drivers atc. The exterior signage should be clearly visible from a distance and understandable.
