Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of pipe, cable, foundation of electric pole etc and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified.

All as per item No. 01 above but exceeding more than 1.5 m and n.exc 3.0m in depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for sand cushioning (dry sand) to underground cable for cable protection 23 cm thick in two layers (8 cm thick before laying of cables and 15 cm thick after laying the cable and punning down the sand to 18 cm thickness.). Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Only punned thickness 18 cm of sand shall be measured for payment purposes).

Material & Labour for Un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type 2, flat, size 250 mm X 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down worn out/ damaged / partly serviceable/unserviceable PVC insulated underground cable, armoured, heavy duty with aluminium conductors of size 10 sqmm x 4 core,1100 volt grade from duct/pole/wall/roof tops etc, testing of cable in the presence of Engr-in-charge to ascertain seviceability,seggregating serviceable and unserviceable cable, keeping aside serviceable cable in safe custody for reuse complete all as specified and directed

Supply,laying, commissioning and testing or passing through pipe, XLPE insulated, armoured, electric power UG cable (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade in duct / trenches for small length for extension/replacement of the defective cable of nominal cross sectional area 10 sqmm 4.0 core including brass compression cable gland, terminal aluminium lugs etc making connection and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(i) Pipes and bricks for protection, mild steel clamp nut and bolts sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately.

Refixing and laying, commissioning and testing or passing through pipe, XLPE insulated armoured electric power UG cable (Heavy Duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade in duct / trenches for small length for extension / replacement of the defective cable of nominal cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 4.0 core including brass compression cable gland, terminal aluminium lugs etc making connection and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Old servicable cable of any size obtained from Sr Item No 7.00 shall be reused. (ii) Pipes and Un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover for protection, mild steel clamp nut and bolts, sand cushioning and Earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Note : (i) Old servicable cable of any size obtained from Sr Item No 8.00 shall be reused. (ii) Pipes and Un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover for protection, mild steel clamp nut and bolts, sand cushioning and Earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and erecting steel tubular swaged pole 9 Mtrs long complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts,nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 with relevant IS and painting the pole upto 5 feet from ground level with black and yellow alternate strip of 30 CM each with synthetic enamel paint and providing GI pipe bend to shape 32mm dia , length upto 2 mtr duly fixed with necessary clamp for mounting of LED security light all as specified & directed. Note : Earth work, PCC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix in repair loop type insulators porclain shackle type vitreous white, brown or green of size 65mm x 90mm overall dimension and 20 mm clearance hole complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Stay assembly in replacement with accessories as shown on electrical plate No 1 of SSR Part-I, 2009, complete all as specified and as directed.. NOTE: Stay Wire, loop type Insulator, stay clamps, earthwork and concrete shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fix in replacement of stay wire galvanised iron stranded of size 7/3.15 mm, length of stay wire not exceeding 11 mtrs with each stay and fixed to stay and pole including tightening complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Dismantling of ACSR conductors after unbinding from insulators Note:- (i) Total no of conductors in over head line to be taken down shall comprise a maximum of three phase, one neutral ,one street light/security light for measurement length of each conductor shall be taken separately, All as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix in repair danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white ,with letters and conventional skull and bone in postal red color and fixed with flat iron clamps, nuts, bolts , and washers of size 200mmx 150 mm for LT Note : (Note:-the printing shall be hand written only stancils embossing shall not be allowed ,and size of letter shall be 50x10 mm (height x width .)

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour in replacement or Earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground to the depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate or a depth not less than 1.50 m below ground level connected to GI strip 32 x 6mm as earth lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts check nuts and washers and necessary excavation and earth work PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded brick aggregate for earth pit RCC cover , charcoal & common salt filled in alternate layers funnel with 20mm bore light grade watering pipe, 40mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of GI strip, wire mesh and connected to earth point including testing complete all as specified and shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I.

Material & Labour in replacement or Earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground to the depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate or a depth not less than 1.50 m below ground level connected to GI strip 25X4mm as earth lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts check nuts and washers and necessary excavation and earth work PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded brick aggregate for earth pit RCC cover , charcoal & common salt filled in alternate layers funnel with 20mm bore light grade watering pipe, 40mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of GI strip, wire mesh and connected to earth point including testing complete all as specified and shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I.

Material & Labour in replacement for Earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground to the depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate or a depth not less than 1.50 m below ground level connected to GI wire 4mm dia by means of galvanized bolts, nuts check nuts and washers and necessary excavation and earth work PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded brick aggregate for earth pit RCC cover , charcoal & common salt filled in alternate layers funnel with 20mm bore light grade watering pipe, 15mm dia GI pipe light grade for projection of earth lead, wire mesh and connected to earth point including testing complete all as specified and shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR part I.

Material & Labour for cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for cement concrete type C1, 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping around the pole strut above ground level, foundation of stay etc. including neccassory form work and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Cutting of hardstanding floor/wall for laying of cable including matching with suface by using cement concrete all as specified and directed. Note:- Necessary concrete work to be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for cable route indicator post of size 600mmx200mmx100mm round shape at top made out of pre cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 and grouting the same in ground using PCC 1:3:6 type C1 bock of size 250mmX150mmX150mm including plastering of exposed surface by using CM 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using any extra cement applying two coats of cement based paint on plastered surface including writting/marking letters and conventional skull and bone in postal red color letters like LT 1100 Volts UG cable, MES, all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for cable jointing kit for 1100 Volt grade cable indoor/outdoor heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and ascessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 sqmm to 150 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply,laying,galvanised steel tubing light grade complete with all fitting of size 40 mm dia for cable protection along with pole across road etc. Complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 35.00 above but size of pipe 50 mm dia.

Supply and fixing street light junction box of size 250 mm x 200 mm x 105 mm, made out of FRP sheet with weather proof hinged door including self locking arrangement, out door type weather and vermin proof complete comprising of insulated / high quality PVC sleeves aluminium bus bar of capacity 63 Amps 04 Nos (three phase RBY and black for neutral) with and including 6 Apms MCB single pole, single phase 230 volts, including 25 x 3 mm flat iron mounted on insulators, having arrangement of connecting incoming and outgoing cables complete and all as specified and directed.

Nature switch operation should be based on Natural light lux level. The sensor along with suitable power contactors and incoming out going MCBs should be enclosed pole/wall mounted thermo plastic polycarbonate enclosure conforming to IP 66 protection class 2 complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trench-less technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine suitable to pass through 40 to 80 mm bore GI tubing and cable etc complete all as specified and as directed.
