M&L for carrying out detailded survey by OEM of existing central air conditioning plant, chilled water type 104 TR running capacity and 52 TR standby capacity, including comprehensive inspection of chiller unit (model no. XWC4S-052A, Make : Bluestar Ltd), air handing unit (4 Nos), chilled water pipeline, hot water pipeline, condenser pipeline and all other allied equipments of entire air conditioning plant and submission of expert opinion to control the temperature and humidity automatically and can be observed from plant control room by retrofitting the new techniques. The proposal should be in compliance with the guidelines of STEC Pamphlet No 8 and CFEES recommendation. The following parameters are mandatory to achieve the requirements as per the direction of user :- 1. Summer : Dry Bulb Temperature 240 C + 20 C, RH 55% + 5%. 2. Winter : Dry Bulb Temperature 180 C + 20 C, RH 50% + 5%. inside the storeage accomodation at AF Stn Sirsa. Note : 1. A detailed report of survey containing the plan of action supported with estimate and rate analys is required to be submitted within one month of survey. 2. The report should be attached with detail design and drawings specifying all dimension of all the necessary measures/modification to the existing air conditioning plant required for achieving the above mentioned environmental condition.
