Box type steel window with side hung double shutter with provision for desert cooler / AC (inside for wiremesh & out side for glass) including guard bar, hinges, steel, handle, tower bolt and steel peg stay complete with glazing bar dovetailed or welded including a coat of red oxide after preparation of surface before fixing and fixed steel window shall be conforming to relevant IS complete all as shown on drawing No CEUZ/TD/1302/09 sheet No 1/3 to 3/3, complete all as specified and directed (Note : Wire mesh and sheet glass shall be meaured and paid separately)

62cm wide Udaipur green stone 15 to 18mm thick in single piece (table rubbed and polished) as in cooking plateform of size as directed in length, including cutting for sink and hole for LPG gas pipe over 20mm thick screed bead in CM (1:4) including roughing of existing surface and applying a coat of cement slurry @ 03 Kg / Sqm of surfaces and pointing with white cement 1:2 using marble dust admixture of pigment to match, complete all as specified and directed.
