Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. (Make Kajaria/Somany/Jhonson).

Deduct for not using 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) bedding in laying of floor tiles and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm. (Items 6 & 8 above)

Fixing glazed/ Ceramic/ Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in- Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Dismantling tile work in floors, walls and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

i) For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) :

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand).

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand).

a) Providing and fixing factory made uPVC sliding glazed window upto 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly inforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate imension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Single / double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealent shall be paid separately) Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable.

i) Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof SS wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) made of (small series) frame 92 x 44 mm & sash 32 x 60 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area of window upto 1.75 sqm).

ii) Fixed window / ventilator made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm & mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area upto 0.75 sqm).

Supply and fixing of pre painted steel sliding windows - 2.5 track sliding window with mesh shutter - (2-glass shutters and 1 - mesh shutter) fabricated from roll formed sections made of galvanized steel colour coated/powder coated (Base steel as per IS 513 `D' quality, galvanized as per IS 277 with zinc of 120 GM/Sq.mtr) with totoal coated thickness of 0.58mm. Primer coat with epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyster paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with Alkyd backer of 5-7 microns or powder coated with pure polyster powder up to 50-60 microns thick. Section for external frame should be of 45 x 95mm. Section for glass shutter should be 36 x 50 mm and mesh shutter should be of 20 x 46 mm. Section for euro groove should be 25 x 24 mm and lap strip should be of 21 x 4 mm (Aluminium) and touch lock for window. Section for external frame of fixed part should be of 60 x 37mm. Section for mullion fixed part should be of 48 x 50mm. Section for fixed part beading should be of 12 x 12mm. Corner bracket for internal and external frame made of glass filled mylon. Gaskets are to be made of Ethyl propylene diamine monomer (EPDM). The sections are to be cut to length, joined and assembled by means of corner bracket. The above frames should be fixed to the concrete/masonry walls by means of self expanding brackets & screws including 10mm square guard bars with 6" pitch (152.4mm).

a) Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :

i) For fixed portion

a) Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

b) For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately)

a) Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

i) With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10 kg/ sqm)

b) Providing and fixing fly proof galvanized S.S. wire gauge to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm all complete.

Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of crosssection 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.

Providing and fixing to existing door frames. 30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames.

a) Providing and laying UV resistant roof top water proofing systen consisting of : (i) Surface preparation of providing and cleaning the floor surface, to make it free from dirt, dust, loose particles, laitance and other contaminants by grinding etc., as per manufacturer's specifications. (ii) After cleaning the surface cut open the cracks and fill it up with cementaitious poly grout if the width is below 5mm. If the width is above 5mm fill it up with polyurethane sealant. (iii) Then system followed by supply and application of ardex P-51 as primer over the surface. iv) Supply and application of ardex WPM 158 high build, single component, elastomeric polyurethane based waterproofing membrane as a topcoat over the primed surface.

a) Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion 110 mm including dismantling of existing broken pipes.

a) Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.including dismantling of existing deterioated tanks.

b) Credit for the serviceble material obtained out of dismantling

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

a) Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws: Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood.

Providing and fixing of cupboard of 600mm deep with 2/3 Nos. openable shutters (width of each shutter not exceeding 500mm), vertical dividers and two shelves made out of 18mm commercial ply wood with 1mm laminate board for exposed external surfaces and 0.6mm for internal exposed surfaces, all exposed edges to have teak wood lipping with spirit polish. Hardware shall include SS tower bots, 100mm long 'C' type SS handles, , SS hanger rod, auto closing hinges, ball catchers and locks, all complete as per directions of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 300mm deep, 600mm high overhead storage units in kitchen with openable shutters and one shelf inside all made with 18mm thick commercial plywood with approved laminate for top, sides, bottom and for shutters and providing 12mm tick commercial plywood for back, 20x6mm teakwood beading for exposed edges with spirit polish, SS hinges, handles, ball catches etc., all complete as directed by engineer-in-charge (All exposed external surfaces of plywood surfaces to have 1mm thick laminate, internal exposed surfaces to have 0.6mm thick lamination and all other unexposed internal surfaces to have synthetic enamel paint).

Hardware shall include SS tower bots, 100mm long 'C' type SS handles, auto closing hinges, ball catchers, SS hanger rod and locks, all complete as per directions of engineer-in-charge (All exposed external surfaces of plywood surfaces to have 3.5mm thick teak veneer with melamine polish, internal exposed surfaces to have 0.6mm thick lamination and all other unexposed internal surfaces to have synthetic enamel paint).

MV Panels

Supply, installation, Testing and Commissioning of 3 phase and Neutral 415V 4 wire Free Standing Floor mounted MV panel made out of 2mm thick CRCA/Galvanised steel enclosure for main frame and 1.6mm thick partitions and shall have IK08 to IK-10 Certification as per IEC 62262 for mechanical strength/ruggedness, after seven tank process and painting with Epoxy powder coating. The panel shall consist of suitable rating TPN Aluminium busbar (at the rating of 0.8A/Sq.mm) supported with DMC/ SMC barriers and color coded with Heat shrinkable sleeves. The Metering shall be provided as specified. The panel shall have Short circuit withstanding capacity of minimum 50KA and consist of the switchgear as mentioned below.Indoor panels shall have IP-4X degree of protection and outdoor panels shall have IP-6X degree of protection wiith external door. Enclosure shall be modular with bolted design. Enclosure shall be powder coated with RAL-7035 coat with matt finish. Design ambient temperature shall be 45 degree centrigrade. Adjustable plinth height for better spreading of cables. The plinth has got the height of 100 mm made of 4 corners and side plates. The side plates can be removed to make a path for cable entry. Plinths can be placed on top of each other for better spreading of the cables. No use of hygroscopic material like FRP/Hylam/Bakellite sheet inside the panel for partitions or any other purpose. The PCC shall have at least two spare cubicles. The size of all Panel Mounting Meters shall be 96X96mm.

All MCCBs shall be with spreader links and rotary handle. All MCCBs shall be over load & short circuit releases with Icu=100% Ics. All CTs/CBCT shall be resin cast type. All Controlling wiring shall be FRLS cables, all the bus bar sleeves shall be Heat shrinkable kits. Panels shall have form 4b/form 3b construction as per the requirement. ACBs shall conform to IEC 60947 (part 1&2), shall be suitable for rated system voltage 690V, Insulation voltage 1000V and Impulse withstand of 12KV. In case of 4 pole ACB, neutral rating shall be 100% of phase.ACBs shall have same height & depth for entire range irrespective of frame size. ACBs shall have Icu=Ics=Icw (Icw rating shall be for 1 sec). ACB's shall have ready to close contact. ACB release shall have individual indiaction LEDs for faults (L,S,I,G). ACB release shall be provided with built-in LCD display for

The microprocessor based release should have the following minimum settings: • Overload Settings: 0.4 to 1 times of Ir • Short Circuit Settings: 1.5 to 10 times of Ir. • Earth fault Settings: 0.2 to 1 times of In. • Neutral protection settings: 0 – 50% – 100%Ir. • Manually closing mechanism should be accommodated in a Moulded housing of robust and vermin-proof construction.
