Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Sweeping & brooming at various locations of the colony such as roads, road-sides, space between quarters, etc. including removing minor grass (if any), and cleaning & depositing the rubbish at specified place within a lead of 100 mtr, as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge or representative. Frequency = Daily. Each worker must be equipped with the tools/ equipment required for the job; and safety accessories (including gum-boots, face masks, hand gloves, etc.). Moreover, they also have to be equipped with raincoats, depending upon season & weather conditions. All these tools/ equipment and accessories are to be provided by the contractor.
Cleaning of open drains by removing sludge such that the bed of the drain is clearly visible, sludge & rubbish to be deposited at specified place within a lead of 1000 m, as per directions of Engineer-in-charge or representative: Drains of internal cross-sectional area upto 0.40 sqm. Frequency = Twice every month. Each worker must be equipped with the tools/ equipment required for the job; and safety accessories (including gum-boots, face masks, hand gloves, etc.). Moreover, they also have to be equipped with raincoats, depending upon season & weather conditions. All these tools/ equipment and accessories are to be provided by the contractor.

Assistance in attending and resloving day to day complaints , such as clearing chokage in sanitary system, disposal of dead animals, etc. and for other cleaning cleaning work not covered in other items, such as cleaning of toilets of some service building , cleaning work during events/ functions/ visits,etc. The work is to be done as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge or representative . The contractor is required to deploy 3 workers daily for this job. Each worker must be equooied with the tools/ equipment required for these jobs; and safety accessories( including gum boots, face masks, hand gloves, etc). Moreover, they also have to be equipped with raincoats , depending upon season and wether conditions. All these tools/ equipment and accessories are to be providied by the contractor. Providing rest days/ holidays/ leaves to the workers is the responsibilty of the contractor and the contractor id also required to deploy suitable relievers / substitutes for the job. Measurement shall be made as er actual attendance.
Door-to-door waste collection using garbage tipper of minimum 3 cum capacity and its disposal at the garbage yard of the Colony. The tipper must have separate compartments for wet and dry garbage and both these compartments must be covered. The tipper must be equipped with sound system playing approved cleanliness/ garbage disposal/ sanitation related songs at sufficient volume during the entire trip. The tipper must visit each and every building of the Colony in a single trip every day (except on weekly rest days and public holidays) and each and every household/ establishment of the Colony must get sufficent time of at least 5-10 minutes to dump their garbage in the tipper, with lead not more than 25 metres (measured from main gate of the quarter/ establishment). All the costs involved, such as the cost of tipper, fuel, operator, oil, cleaning the tipper & its repair/ maintenance as & when required, etc. are to be covered in this item.
Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-incharge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
Desludging of inspection chamber including taking out the cover, cleaning of chamber, refixing the cover, disposal of sludge within a lead of 500 m, and flushing with water if required, as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge or representative: Of volume upto 0.25 cum. Each worker must be equipped with the tools/ equipment required for the job; and safety accessories (including gum-boots, face masks, hand gloves, etc.). Moreover, they also have to be equipped with raincoats, depending upon season & weather conditions. All these tools/ equipment and accessories are to be provided by the contractor.
