M&L for preparation of old decorated brick/ concrete plastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices etc by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of lime white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 1.00 here-in-before but on ceiling.

M&L for preparation of old decorated brick/ concrete plastered un-plastered surfaces on walls, pillars, cornices etc including brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper after filling the holes with putty, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Once the surface is cleraed off old treatment completely, the stage for treatment shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated brick/ concrete plastered un-plastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices etc including brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of exterior emulsion weather proof paint of approved colour (multi colour pattern as approved by GE) complete all as specififed and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated brick/ concrete plastered/un-plastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices etc including by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying two coat of exterior emulsion weather proof paint of white colour, complete all as specififed and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden and wood based surfaces of any description exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specififed and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on prepared steel surface of any description having width/ grith exc 10 cm, complete all as specififed and directed.
