Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of damaged SIFCON / FICS panels by using JCB / CRANE / Scaffolding etc including bolts and disposing of the same as per instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating over areas , upto depth of 6 m from top of embankment in layers and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground levels) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame and fittings) not exc. 1.5 Sq,m area each complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame and fittings) exc. 1.5 Sq,m but n exc 4.0 Sq,m., area each complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 80 mm thick bullet resistant FICS / SIFCON Panel (Slurry infiltrated fibre concrete) of size 2 metre x 1 metre (in three parts as shown in drawing) (0.7m +0.6m + 0.7m) lengths to be fixed using REBARRING / Chemical Anchoring of HILTI/TRUTEK/FISCHER (RE 500 or equivalent) in lining o firing face of baffle wall as per TBRL design and specifications including all wooden components made from well-seasoned second class hard wood) (Sal/Halda/Hollock) and M20 at least 350mm long (CS 5.8) Bolts (06 Nos) HILTI/TRUTEK/FISCHER make with Washers and Nuts or required size as per fixing details as per TBRL specifications. Two wooden battens of size (2m x 125mm x 40mm) and wooden coverings over exposed nuts (06 Nos) of size (100 x 100 x 100mm) All wooden surfaces shall be treated with two coats of Red Oxide as per site requireent adn Baffle range manual 2014 (The Bullet resistant lining should sustain multiple shots of 5.56 mm & 7.62mm), 01 Nos. of complete panel of three pieces to be Ballistically tested as per TBRL Manual-2020. The gaps in between the panel will be filled with a rich cement mortar of Recron Fiber. Each Panel is 02 Sqm. (Note : The quoted rate shall be inclusive of work to be carried out upto 7 to 10 metre height of wall and provisions of material and labour complete including scaffolding). 1. Testing of FICS/ SIFCON Panel shall be done at TBRL laboratory and testing charges including of FICS/ SIFCON Panel shall be borne by the contractor. 2. Testing of timber shall be done by IIT/NABL accredited laboratory and charges for testing shall be borne by the contractor. 3. Bolts shall be measured and paid for separately. 4. Wooden battens shall be measured and paid for separately.
