Charges for Re Winding of 1000 KVA,11kV/433V Transformer for the H V & LV THREE PHASE Windings, drain out oil from transformer, open the top cover,disconnect the primary and secondary winding connections lifting the core and winding,inspect the core and windings, de breasing the primary and secondary terminal and tap switch connections, remove the existing HV & LV coil from core (R,Y,B Phase), re winding the HV & LV New Wire coils ( For three phase )assembling the core and winding with new insulating materials breasing the HV & LV connections, fixing the tap switch and connected, improving the insulation values. Cleaning the tank,Transformer Complete Inside Insulation Painting WorkOut Side Epoxy with spray Painting work,replaced water proof tape fixing in bus duct & hood, Complete Gaskets / Oil Seals,for top cover and HT & LT treminal bushings, tanking the core and winding,close the top cover, filtered and filling the new oil up to top leval testing the transformer.Rates includes Less Old Copper.

Charges for Filtration of Transformer Oil through streamline filter unit to improve Dl-Electrlc strength to optimum value ,Charges for Testing and lssuing Test Report for Dl-Electric of Transformer oil. Charges for Testing and lssuing Test Report for Acidity of Transformer oil.

Overhauling and Maintenance of HT VCB for the following . Removing the existing VCB 630A 3 Pole EDO (Electrical Draw Out) dismantiling the all parts including the primary and secondary contacts of the clening the dust, checking mechanism,lubrication and refixing the same. Measure the insulation resistance values for all poles with open condition and closed condition.Make: Kirloskar

Charges for Outdoor sandwich LT Bus duct spray painting work as per ISI Standard with existing Colour spray paint with two coat for SS-1,2 & 3 including painting of supporting structure with black paint as required. Note : 1. The Tenderers are requested to inspect the ste and submit the tender before quoting. 2. The rates quoted for all items shall be inclusive of income tax, GST & TNCWW Cess etc., as applicable. 3. TNCWW Cess @ 1% Income Tax @ 2% and TDS on GST @ 2% will be deducted from the bill.
