Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth for laying of cables/poles or foundation etc and getting out Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note : Compacted thickness of 18 cm of sand cushioning shall be considered for measurement and payment purpose.

Supply and Laying precast concrete cover class HV type 1 flat size 300mm x180mm x40mm laid in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 95 sq. mm 3 core including taking out old u/s cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Master tripping relay of auxillery vaoltage 24 V/110V AC/DC incl complete installation in 11 kV VCB/RMU panel, complte connections and testing at 11 KV sub stations as per instruction from OEM all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Make: CG, ABB or Siemens. Note :(i) Relay will be fixed in existing HT panel incl cutting , welding, drilling or any other suitable means or will be fixed in separate cabinet without any extra cost to department (ii) All type of wires required for proper connection will be provided by contractor without any extra cost to department. Supply only in replacement of Blue silica gel 4-6 mesh suitable for transformers breather and protect HT/LT panels from moisture as per site requirement complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparing surfaces of transformer of capacity up to 250 KVA by rubbing old paint and applying two coats of spray painting with grey deco paint from outside, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note. (i) Painting of transformer will be carried out for plinth mounted and pole mounted transformer. Necessary tools and plants shall be arranged by the contractor. (ii) MES No / SM No has to be written with 3" letters on each transformer after painting with white colour on black background without any extra cost.

Material and Labour for heating, filtration and dehydration of transformer oil as per IS : 10028 (Part-III) 1981, Para 5.2 (obtained from transformer/ servo voltage stablizer with dehydration/ filtration plant to achieve dielectric strength of 40KV at 2.5 mm gap, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Any damage occurred to transformer during the process of dehydration, shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Eng-in-charge at his own expenses.

Supply and pouring new transformer oil as per IS : 335 (1993) for transformers installed at various site or in repair for topping up after dehydration to achieve the di electric strength 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Transformer oil shall be brought at site in sealed container from the original manufacturer and shall be opened in front of Engr-in-charge, Container shall be deposited by the contractor to the deptt, which will be returned after completion of conract.

Repair maintainance of transformer of capacity upto to 250KVA by isolating ,disconnecting of input/output , supply cable,opening of top of transformer,detecting of fault ,u/s component etc,cleaning of serviceable parts/ component ,including replacement of worn out spare parts etc, if required all as specified and directed. Note:- The replacement spare parts shall be measured and paid separately.

Repair maintainance of transformer of capacity upto to 250KVA to 400 KVA by isolating ,disconnecting of input/output , supply cable,opening of top of transformer,detecting of fault ,u/s component etc,cleaning of serviceable parts/ component ,including replacement of worn out spare parts etc, if required all as specified and directed. Repair maintainance of transformer of capacity 500 KVA by isolating ,disconnecting of input/output , supply cable,opening of top of transformer,detecting of fault ,u/s component etc,cleaning of serviceable parts/ component ,including replacement of worn out spare parts etc, if required all as specified and directed. Note:- The replacement spare parts shall be measured and paid separately.

Repair maintainance of transformer of capacity 125 KVA by isolating ,disconnecting of input/output , supply cable,opening of top of transformer,detecting of fault ,u/s component etc,cleaning of serviceable parts/ component ,including replacement of worn out spare parts etc, if required all as specified and directed. Note:- The replacement spare parts shall be measured and paid separately.

Repair maintainance of transformer of capacity 630 KVA by isolating ,disconnecting of input/output , supply cable,opening of top of transformer,detecting of fault ,u/s component etc,cleaning of serviceable parts/ component ,including replacement of worn out spare parts etc, if required all as specified and directed. Note:- The replacement spare parts shall be measured and paid separately.

Repairing/welding of leaking fins/body of transformer and making the same leak proof by proper welding all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for checking the existing pressure of SF6 Gas in Gas Chamber of 11 KV , 630 Amps RMU , 2/3/4 way before filling and topping up the SF6 gas in the chamber of RMU including supervision of gas filling/topping up process and checking the pressure of gas after filling complete all as directed at site.
