Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

P/L of Nallah Muck bolders with sand bolder size not more than 50mm to 60mm in layers completed with consolodiation with power road roller 10 Ton.

Sub base with Stone aggeregate 90mm to 45mm size including stone screening 13.2 mm size complete (Grade Ist)

Base Course with Stone aggeregate 63mm to 45mm size including stone screening 13.2 mm size complete Quarry Stones (Grade IInd)

Supplying / Stacking/ Spreading/ Laying of Stone Screning/Chippings 13.2mm & 11.2mm manually placed levelled and consolidated with 10 Ton power road roller complete in all respects & as desired by Engineer I/C.

Supplying / Stacking/ Spreading/ Laying of Quarry Muck/ Binding material manually placed levelled and consolidated with 10 Ton power road roller complete in all respects & as desired by Engineer I/C.

Providing, laying ,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base /base course on well prepared surface and compacting with roller of 8 to 10 ton capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG-10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications(On W.B.M. @ 0.75 Kg/sqm)

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.(50mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @5% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity.
