Special cleaning and preparation of surface including minor repairing if required with cement mortar 1:3 and high pressure water jet Including making arrangement of scaffolding for aII height maximum up to 25mtr, closing of holes, cracks by suitable means including alI bye works complete retaining the scaffoldings for subsequent painting work etc all complete as per specification and direction of Manager-in-charge.

Applying a coat of cement primer of Asian Trucare exterior wall primer Suprema or equivalent product of Dulux as a priming coat for improving adhesion on hard to adhere surfaces at all height and location with all bye works complete as per direction of Manager-in-charge excluding the cost of primer which shall be paid separately. (Area of surface shall be calculated from the consumption of primer as per the manufacturer's specifications)

Applying with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint two coats of required shade of approved brand of Weather shield max / Asian Apex Ultima protek on the surface at .all height maximum upto 25mtr by airless spray device including necessary scaffolding. tools, tackles and all bye works complete to give an even shade as per specification and direction of Manager-in-charge excluding the cost of acrylic paint which shall be paid separately through relevant item no.8 (Area of surface shall be calculated from the consumption of paint as per the manufacturer's specifications)

Providing & applying high gloss synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturer i.e Berger/ Asian/ Dulux of required colour to give an even shade on wall I floor/ steel or wood work at all height maximum upto 25mtr. For two coats

Painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacturer i.e Berger/ Asian/ Dulux to give an even shade in wall, ceiling of any kinds including cleaning and preparation of surface with all bye works as per instruction of MIC.- Old work (two or more coats)

Providing and applying of white wash (with fat lime slaked at site, thinned with water and gum, ultramarine blue added to it) to give a smooth and even shade including cleaning and preparation of surface etc at all heights and locations with all bye works complete as per specification and instruction of Manager-in-charge.- Old work (two or more coats)

Providing and applying two coats of flexible polymer modified cementious water proofing coating using “Masterseal 550EL of BASF”/ Sika top Seal 109 hi or equivalent of Pidilite product including preparation of surface as per manufacturer specification and direction of Manager-in-charge.

Supplying of premium acrylic Smooth exterior paint of Apex ulitma protek/ equivalent product of Dulux of any dark/deep shade. (The contractor should quote the rate, considering rate of any dark/deep shade available of that product which will be combination of two or more dark/deep shade as per direction of Manager-in-charge.The sealed container will be verified in connection with the purchase challan and batch number etc.The payment to the contractor shall be made after certification by manager incharge in prescribed format.Copies of documents of paint procurement like computerised invoices along with GST payment details, money receipt,waybills,test certificates etc. are to be submitted to the executing department for every lot of paint procurement during process of R/A bills.

Supplying of Asian Trucare exterior wall primer Suprema or equivalent product of Dulux in sealed container from the manufacturer's. The sealed container will be verified in connection with the purchase challan and batch number etc.The payment to the contractor shall be made after certification by manager incharge in prescribed format.Copies of documents of paint procurement like computerised invoices along with GST payment details, money receipt,waybills,test certificates etc. are to be submitted to the executing department for every lot of paint procurement during process of R/A bills.

Supply of semiskilled painter for ornamental painting works at all heights upto 25 mtr including providing of all safety measures as per norms for works at height.
