M&L for prepartion of old distemperd/ painted wall surface by washing down, rubbing and stopping including brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds moss and efforescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots thereafter filling of holes and cracks with wall care putty to obtain an even and smooth wall surface and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on wall surface including scaffolding arrangement, trestles, ladders complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item no 1 here-in-before but two coats of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 of brick/concrete surface finished fair even and smooth without using extra cement with using water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
