M&L for Ploughing of SGA/Runway shoulder by using Motorised Ploughing machine with a minimum depth of 450mm , removal of grass & grass roots, cleaning of spreaded mud and dust from runway/ Taxibay/ Dispersals by brushing, brooming,blowing and washing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for grass cutting by using motorised grass cutting mechine at Runway shoulder, removing the grass and cleaning of spreaded mud and dust from runway/ Taxibay/ Dispersals by brushing ,brooming & blowing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Overhead informatory road signage and boards of size (twin boards of dimension 1.2mtr x 1.5mtr each fixed in 'L' shape with 03 Nos of 4mtr length lateral supports with 50mm x 25mm tubular pipes, out of twin installation each board shall be measured and paid separately) made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and enapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type-III of ASTM- D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, letters, borders etc. As per IRC: 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows allongwith theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gart, fixing and eracting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge. Structural framework should be frangible and fabricated as per directions of Engr-in-Charge. Note : Rate shall deemed to be inclusive of structural framework with 25x50x1.5mm tubular pipes including 0.8mm MS plate, removal of old damaged sign boards of any description (Drawing for guidelines for framework, size of board and letters with retro reflective tapes is attached)

M & L for Preperation of levelled surface by surface dressing not exc 15 cm deep, Removal of stone, grass along with roots etc and site clearance, levelling the existing surface of SGA / Shoulder of Runway and and filling with approved 2.36mm sand at the rate of 150 mm average thickness laid in layers n exc 15cm thick spread, levelled and rammed including watering.
