S&F Rolled mild steel Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with & including either hooks & hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails & guides) & hanging; also fastening & fixing complete GDE Fe410-0 or Fe 310-O complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for excavation of hard and dense soil in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 Cum getting out,returning filling in and removing earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS pipe /angle iron fencing posts and struts including cutting trops to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire etc flat iron fillet for securing wire mesh etc., including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc., and similar work.etc and similar work conforming to FE 290 Grade E-165 (MS pipe) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for MS bolts and nuts purpose made with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nuts exc 30cm long of not exeeding 12 mm dia of bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC coated galvanised iron chain link fencing 50mm x 50mm mesh size and dia of wire 3.6 mm all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-Charge including taking down the existing chain link fencing. Note :- (a) After PVC coating the dia of wire shall be 4.6 mm. (b) For the purpose of payment actual weight shall be measured and paid. (c) The weight of the PVC mesh shall be not less than 3 Kg / Sqm.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size & type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.,) inlcuding all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified.

M&L for plain mild steel bars of 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking end and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed ) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips of grade Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality or FE 290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Surfaces of any description, n. exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint with two coat of Synthetic enamel paint on new steel surfaces incl priming coat red oxide complete all as specfied and directed.

Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

M&L for two coats of tarring for angle iron post n.exc 0.1sqm each all as specified

M&L for PCC in foundation and filling in mass concrete as in posts holes type D2, 1:4:8 ( 40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors, ramps, hardstanding etc and finisheing the surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete of type D2 of 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base all as specified and directed.

M&L Chequrred cement concrete tiles of size 30cmx30cmx22mm thick set and jointed cement slurry in floors and pointed with grey cement and with pigment and laid over including 20mm thick screed bed in cement morter 1:6 all as specified.

M&L Hardcore broken stone bolders of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to atrue surface all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould , laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work including removal of rubbish complete.

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plain exceeding 6m mean radius with old size brick built in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick/concrete surface finished fair and even without using extra cement all as directed.

M&L preparation and applying two coat of cement based paintover a priming coat on new plastered of wall all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (eachline wire to be measured)

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors and pavings exc 15 cm thickness but above ground floors (unreinforced) all as specified and directed
