Dismantling of Fencing Wire Mesh of any type and in any position complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire of 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straning and fixing to any type of standard rails strain-ing bolts, including securing or tying at crosing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for concertina coil reinforced punched (chrome rajor or blade wire) with barbed tap of 0.5 mm thick galvanised steel sheet and core wire of dia 2.5mm high tensile steel wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Chain Link Fencing of 3.25mm dia galvanised steel wire 100mm x 100mm mesh as in chain link fencing including nibs, clamps, nuts & bolts, straining bolts, FI Strap under fencing, welding etc and laid / fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling Mild Steel 10mm round or square bar Fe-410W (Gde E-250) quality 'A' in available length complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling posts / struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion from concrete / brick masonry etc and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F Mild Steel Fencing Post and Struts, Channel, Angle or Tee Sections, fixed independently without connecting plates etc cut to ordinary lengths complete all as specified & directed

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates in any position all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also welding fastening and fixing complete Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for aluminium sections used as strip and other members in aluminium rolling shutter and other similar works for existing aluminium door powder coated of any colour (thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron) as frames for doors, windows, curved rolling shutter strip including interlocking mechanism (1.4 mm thk double layer, width 50-80 mm), ventilators with one or more rebates including jointing cleats for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anodised aluminium powder coated of any colour (thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron) door shutters aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg per mtr including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, 100mm Mortice lock with two levers locking arrangement, 150mm length handles two Nos in each door, 100mm length 04 hinges, two Nos 150mm tower bolt and 01 Nos sliding door holt anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc including taking down the old shutter of any description and removing to store yard of AGE B/R Tughlakabad complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anodised aluminium powder coated (any colour and thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) as window and ventilator shutters side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighting 0.55 Kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays150mm long (1 no), hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no), suitable handle (1 no) for each leaf including taking down the old shutters of any description and removing to store yard of AGE B/R Tughlakabad complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in- charge. NOTE For schedule item No's 18 & 19: Old material shall be received through necessary reciept vouchers and the same shall be entered in MB.

S&F aluminium (die cast) body door closer hydraulically regulated designation No.3 universal type suitable for aluminium door shutters of width 851 to 1000mm and of weight between 61 to 80 kg complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4 mm thick Figured glass, pinhead type in squares exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed omplete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel rolling shutters of 1.25mm thickness of laths, without ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated of gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully the hood of steel rolling shutter of size not exceeding 5 sqm each for replacement of unserviceable/ defective parts and refixing in the same opening after cleaning of guide rails, laths, top cover by kerosene and proper greasing, oiling, replacement of rusted nut, bolts etc. removing of bend, alignment etc to make good the system and to made good the disturbed surfaces of walls including periodicals to match with the existing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.25mm thickness of Steel laths or top cover for rolling shutters without ball bearing including one shop coat of primer and erected in position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of gear box of steel rolling shutter including handle rack & pinion system, ball bearing, End Cap, Aluminium Box Top Octagonal Tube Security Spring etc for rolling shutter of size exceeding 5 sqm but not exceeding 25sqm each complete all specified & directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for repair to gear box, rack & pinion system, bearing including necessary welding etc for rolling shutter of size exceeding 5 sqm but not exceeding 25sqm each to make serviceable including minor repairs complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: For Schedule items 21 & 22 - Necessary ball bearing, rolling springs shall be measure and paid separately under relevant items.

S&F Safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Ball bearing for rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of rolling spring for rolling shutter of size not exceeding 5.0 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of acrylic wall putty over one coat of white wash to newly plastered wall surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of cement based paint over a coat of white wash on new surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hard core of broken stone of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited,spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using brick bat complete all as specified and directed by Enhr-in-Charge..

M&L for Providing plain cement concrete 1:4:8 of type D-2 by using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass concretecomplete all as specified and directed by Enhr-in-Charge..

M&L for Reinforced plain cement concrete Type A-1 of 1:1 ½ :3 by using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation bears, plinth beam, bases for column etc basement slab, under reamed piles and mass concrete all as specified.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete Type A-1 of 1:1 1/2:3 by using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in columns, pillars, piars, post, and strut complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Use and waste of form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, beams of columns, rafts, and raft beams, sides of soffits, (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter all as specified for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 46.00 above but erection and fixing only with necessary fixing materials

S&F Mild steel, Plain black sheet of 1.25 mm thick as in curtain to steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

-ditto- All as per srl item No 48.00 above but fixed in repairs and duly taking down the old sheet.

S&F Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required; hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges; large hasps and staples; chains; handmade sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite 20mm thick (of any size) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixure or pigment to match with shade of granite old dismantling complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F Linoleum 4.5mm thick plain coloured, laid dry in floors including stretching, cuttings and fittings fixed with an approved adhesive with removal of old linoleum sheet all as specifed and directed

Note: The amount of Rs 1,37,800.00 against schedule of credit given on Tender Serial Page No 33 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted by the contractor against BOQ while deriving the contract sum for acceptance.
