Renovation of fall at RD-300m of Jaring Distributary

Dismantling and removing cement concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Earth Work in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lift over initial leads & lifts including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm size and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30m in depth and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost, carriage and royalty of sand etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Cement concrete M15 grade with 20mm down graded hard granite crusher broken coarse aggregate of approved quality mixing by concrete mixture, placing manually, compacting with vibrator including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, curing etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing formwork for concrete with F1 finish for upstream faces of dam, spillway, glacis of barrages, unexposed surfaces jointsetc.with steel shutters rigidly fixed and removal of of foundation, block forms and making good tothe surfaces where necessary complete with all labour, materials and T & Pcomplete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Straightening, cutting, bending, binding and laying in position including cost and conveyance of M.S. reinforcement for R.C.C. work including labour, loading and unloading including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying M-20 grade with 20mm down graded hard granite crusher broken coarse aggregate of approved quality mixing by concrete mixture, placing manually, compacting with vibrator including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, curing etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weep holes in abutment and wing wall with 2" size PVC pipe including metal spall backing in rear and centering and shuttering etc. Complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated materials including watering and ramming as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation of any approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means loading in to & transportation by mechanical means & unloading the soil within the lead of 5km on properly & scientificaly approved surface including spreading & levelling the earth in 22.5cm layers to make ready for watering & compaction with sheep foot roller & dozers but excluding watering & compaction in dams & dykes for all heights including construction, maintenance, watering & lighting of haul road & borrow area etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement of the fill to be taken on the finished compacted section under OMC condition.)
