Providing & laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carrriage of material within all leads and lfts and other incidentals . Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion SS-I on prepared surface and spraying primer at the rate 0.90 To 1.20 kg per sqm(Zero point ninety kilogram to one point twenty kilogram per square metre) using mechanical means as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carrriage of material within all leads and lfts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana, toll tax,sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-1 using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 Kg to 0.30 Kg per sqm (Zero point two five kilogram to zero point three zero kilogram per square metre) on prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing laying Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratrory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 40/50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3 % (percentage by weight of aggregate) prepared in batch type hot mix plant of 100-120 TPH capacity.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana, toll tax,sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government. .
