M&L for preparing New plastered surfaces of wall and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance 1st quality exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces including change of existing colour if required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (a) Work will executed upto 4th floor. (b) The rate is inclusive for scaffolding or reqd nessesary arrangement for multistory bldg painting.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc incl raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on of brick or cement concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated steel surfaces any description,over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise describedand applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over 10 cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs for rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks triple layers (white colour) of 500 ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed threaded top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20mm dia HD polythene float (ball), epoxy coated aluminium rod (fly nut) screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule, tank nippal and necessary GI fitting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs for rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks triple layers (white colour) of 1000 ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed threaded top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20mm dia HD polythene float (ball), epoxy coated aluminium rod (fly nut) screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule, tank nippal and necessary GI fitting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, bore dia of pipe 20mmwith iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old treated surfaces, providing two coats of weather proof paint on RCC Over head water tank (capacity 100000 gallon) of upto 25 mtr staging of any colour, pillars, walls with specified colours etc and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint on CI/GI pipe of inlet/outlet of OHT as specified colours, including de-watering cleaning the internal surfaces of tank, eppoxy coat of water proofing compound and minor RCC repair and marking of cleaning record as directed, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (a) The rate is inclusive for scaffolding or reqd nessesary arrangement for Over Head Tank painting and repairing.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connection including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store/credit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 15mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fitting fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connection including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store/credit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 20 mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fitting fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for removing plants/sherbs grown on wall/junctions with roots duly rendering berbicide chemical and making good of the existing brick/concrete surfaces of area n.exc 0.50 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of water tank of capacity exc 250 ltrs and n. exc 500 ltrs & removing all scale & dirt, etc., from tanks & from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. including disconnecting and refixing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
