M&L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) in two layers (10 mm thick in first layer and 5 mm thick in second layer) finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instruction on top/second layer of plaster, complete all as specified and directed. M&L for scratch free light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in skirting, dado, riser to steps etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Marble work 18 to 20mm thick, Makrana white (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade including grinding and polishing complete over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays not exc 2 Sqm each and finished the surface fair and even without using extra cement , providing joints though out the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) , type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including formwork if required , complete all as specified and as directed

S & F 30 mm thick, factory made, Second class hardwood, glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge, etc, divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, etc complete all as specified and directed in SSR Part I Section 8 clause 8.24 (b).

S & F 35 mm thick, factory made, Second class hardwood, glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge, etc, divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 35mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing, complete all as directed.

S & F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing, complete all as directed.

S & F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and both side Prelam PVC sheet used,. Stile and rails feathered at edges prelam PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of pre laminated PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing, complete all as directed.

All as per item No. 73 above but wire gauged shutter, i.e. panel will be of wire gauged in lieu of PVC sheet panel. The wire gauge shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 30cm(minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Note :- (i) Laying APP based polymeric membrane shall be done torch on method as per manufactures instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturers instruction. iii) APP based polymeric membrane shall be of any one of the approved makes as specified here-in-after and shall conform to specifications given in IS 16540-2017/IS 16532-2017.
