Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and 1.5 mtr wide and getting out for laying of cables complete all as specified.

Returning and filling in including spreading, leveling , watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick excavated earth complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing at a leval not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix DWC pipe for cable protection with outer dia 50 mm and inner dia 38 mm including suitable size of coupler for connection of pipe complete all as specfied and directed. Note : Pipe are manufactured as per IS 16205 ( Part-24) have a smmoth internal surface and corrugated external surface for cable protection

M& L for Steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-31 (09 mtr long) with 300x300x6mm mild steel plate continuously welded to pole , finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws complete all as specified and directed including painted with black bituminous paint internally and externally with anti corrosive paint in alternate black and white strips 30 cm each up to 1.5 mtr height from top edge of concrete and remaining pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including writing the number etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Excavation and Earth work, PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete in foundatin of pole/stay, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copying above ground level around the pole, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,fixing,commissioning & testing of Feeder piller box out door type ‘factory made’ made out from 16 SWG MS sheet supported with legs of 45cm long made of iron angle 25x25x4mm thick of size 75cm x60cm x45 cm with 04 Nos aluminium bus bar of 200 Amps mounted on porcelain insulator duly drilled hole for cable connection including front and rear side opening with locking arrangement, with MCCB FP 160 Amp, 25 KA, 415 Volts 50 Hz with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting and provn for incoming and outgoing cables with glands including painting with two coat of smoke grey synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note:- Feeder pillar box shall be mounted on brickwork in CM 1:4 not less than 60 cm above ground level with suitable foundation, rendering 15 mm in CM 1:6 and two coats of cement base paint and the rates shall be inclusive in the quoted rate.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4.00 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers of GI or steel, PCC (concrete chamber of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm inside dimension) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish , internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire mesh of 22 gauge, 80 mm thick PCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM, JALLI pit shall be filled with charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) as specified including provision of 15mm dia light grade GI pipe for earth wire protection and 20 mm dia for watering complete , all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point / main switch board as specified and testing on completion complete.

Dismantling cross arms of M.S. channel or angle sections , stay wire etc. complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling insulators any type, any size complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling ACSR conductor any type any size complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling and taking down of street light fittings of any wattage or any size including GI bracket with all accessories and refixing the same street light on old LT pole/ new pole complete all as specified and directed. Note : The Contractor should fix the clamp as per site requirment.

M&L for route indicator including excavation and other civil work made out of PCC Solid block type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded aggergrate set in cement Mortar 1:4 of size 30x45 cm above ground level and 25 cm below ground level for LT cable mentioning the size of Cable with paint on PCC block as per direction by Engr-in - charge complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cutting of Road / Nalla/ Temp trench up to 6 mtr to 8 mtr in width and min 1.5 mtr in depth for passing pipe line and making good the distrubed road/nalla /temp trench including resurfacing / plastering with PCC of suitable type comlplete all as specfied and directed

M&L for three core Copper wire FRLS insulated cable 2.5 Sqmm with and drawn through pole from junction box to street light connection including PVC conduit pipe 20 mm Dia, complete all as specified and directed

S&F Mounting arm for installation of LED light made from 1.5"(40mm) GI pipe light grade(B class) of total length 2 mts (to be fabricated as per approved design), to be supplied alongwith mounting clamps-02 Nos,fabricated from (65mm x 5mm)MS providing 04 no Nut Bolt washer including with suitable size ofclamps , nuts bolts etc complete all as specified & directed.Note : The Contractor should fix the clamp as per site requirment.

Supply & fix hot Press moulded junction box of size 400mmx300mmx 190mm hinged type including 04 No aluminium Bus Bar of suitable capacity with fixing arrangement like suitable size clamps, Nuts, bolts and washers etc and including SP MCB 6 Amps clamped with Pole complete all as specified and directed.
